Real 5G carrier IPs · Mobile-grade trust

5G Proxies

High-speed mobile proxies on real carrier 5G networks. You keep the unbeatable trust of a mobile IP behind carrier-grade NAT, and add the throughput and low latency of 5G — ideal for heavy scraping, streaming verification and latency-sensitive AI agents.

Short answer

5G proxies route requests through real devices on a carrier's 5G network, so each exit IP is a genuine mobile IP behind CGNAT with maximum trust. The 5G radio adds bandwidth and lower latency — great for media-heavy scraping, streaming checks and AI agents. Trust is the same as 4G; 5G is the speed upgrade. At PROXIES.SX they cost $4/GB (down to $2.40/GB), with free rotation and no monthly fees.

What are 5G proxies?

A 5G proxy is a mobile proxy whose underlying device connects to a mobile network operator over the 5G New Radio standard. When you send a request through it, the traffic exits from a real carrier-assigned mobile IP — the same kind of IP a phone on that network uses to load Instagram or stream video. The only difference from a 4G proxy is the radio doing the work: 5G delivers more throughput and lower round-trip latency.

Because the IP is a real carrier mobile IP, it sits behind carrier-grade NAT (CGNAT), where a single public address is shared by hundreds or thousands of real subscribers. Anti-bot systems can't blanket-block those ranges without locking out legitimate paying customers, which is why mobile IPs — 4G or 5G — earn the highest trust of any proxy type. The 5G label is about speed, not stealth.

How 5G proxies work

1. You hit an endpoint

Point your scraper, browser or AI agent at our gateway over HTTP, HTTPS or SOCKS5 — with the country or rotation behavior you want.

2. Traffic exits on 5G

The request leaves through a real device on the carrier's 5G network, getting a genuine mobile IP behind CGNAT with high bandwidth.

3. Rotate or stay sticky

Get a fresh IP per request, or hold a sticky session for multi-step flows. Rotation and endpoints are free — you only pay for GB.

Why our 5G proxies win

Carrier-grade NAT trust

Every 5G exit is a real mobile IP shared by hundreds of real subscribers. That makes our IPs practically unblockable on the platforms that fingerprint hardest.

5G bandwidth, no premium

4G and 5G come from the same pool at the same $4/GB. You get whichever connection is fastest at the moment — no surcharge for the 5G radio.

Mobile + residential pool

Beyond 5G mobile, tap a growing residential pool from the same dashboard. Match the IP type to each job without switching providers.

90+ countries, free rotation

We expanded coverage well beyond the old 17 markets. Rotating and sticky sessions are free, GB never expire, and there are no monthly fees.

Where 5G proxies shine

5G earns its keep wherever bandwidth or latency is the bottleneck.

Heavy / media-rich scraping

Pull image- and video-heavy catalogs, maps and infinite-scroll feeds at scale without bandwidth choking your throughput.

Streaming & ad verification

Verify how video, OTT and ad creatives actually render to mobile users in a region — 5G has the headroom to pull full streams.

Headless browser fleets

Render full pages with Playwright, Puppeteer or Camoufox. More bandwidth means more concurrent pages per worker.

AI agents & real-time tasks

Lower latency keeps autonomous agents and MCP-driven workflows snappy when every round trip counts.

Multi-account & social

Mobile-grade trust for account creation and management, now with faster media uploads and feed loads.

Geo-targeted price & SERP checks

Sample prices, search results and localized content from real mobile IPs in 90+ countries.

Rotation, sticky sessions & protocols

Control exactly how your 5G IPs behave. Use rotating mode to get a fresh mobile IP on every request — ideal for high-volume scraping where you want maximum IP diversity. Switch to a sticky session to keep the same IP for a fixed window when you need to hold a login or complete a multi-step checkout.

For purely rotating mobile sessions across our pool, see our rotating mobile proxies hub.

Protocol support

  • HTTP & HTTPS for scrapers and browsers
  • SOCKS5 for tooling that needs it
  • User:pass and IP whitelist auth
  • MCP server + x402 USDC for AI agents

Where 5G fits among proxy types

Trust depends on the IP origin, not the radio. 5G mobile and 4G mobile are equally trusted — 5G just adds speed.

5G proxies FAQ

What are 5G proxies?

5G proxies route your traffic through real devices connected to a mobile carrier’s 5G network. Each request exits from a genuine carrier-assigned mobile IP sitting behind carrier-grade NAT (CGNAT), so it carries the same high trust as any other mobile IP — but with the extra bandwidth and lower latency of the 5G radio. At PROXIES.SX, 5G IPs are part of the same 4G/5G mobile + residential pool, billed per GB.

Do 5G proxies have higher trust than 4G proxies?

No — and any provider claiming otherwise is overselling. Trust comes from the IP being a real carrier mobile IP behind CGNAT shared by many real subscribers, not from the radio generation. A 5G IP and a 4G IP from the same carrier look identical to an anti-bot system. 5G’s advantage is purely performance: more throughput and lower latency. Choose 5G when speed matters, not because you expect a higher success rate.

When should I use 5G proxies instead of 4G?

Reach for 5G when bandwidth or latency is the bottleneck: scraping image- or video-heavy pages at scale, downloading large datasets, verifying streaming or ad delivery, headless browser fleets rendering full pages, or latency-sensitive AI-agent workflows. For lightweight API scraping and account management, 4G is more than enough and has broader geographic coverage.

How much do 5G proxies cost at PROXIES.SX?

You pay only for the bandwidth you use — a flat $4/GB that drops to as low as $2.40/GB at volume. There are no per-port charges, no monthly fees, and your GB never expire. 4G and 5G come from the same pool at the same price; you are not charged a premium for the 5G radio.

Can I get sticky sessions and rotation on 5G proxies?

Yes. You can rotate the exit IP on every request or hold a sticky session for a fixed window, exactly like our 4G and residential proxies. Endpoints and rotation are free, and we support HTTP, HTTPS and SOCKS5 so 5G proxies drop straight into scrapers, antidetect browsers and automation frameworks.
