5G Mobile Proxies: Availability & Test Checklist
A 5G proxy uses a mobile connection on a 5G network for its exit. Confirm that radio mode is actually available when your project requires it; a mobile IP or carrier ASN is not sufficient evidence.
Before you buy
Turn the requirement into a check.
Use these checks to choose a route and a small pilot. An IP classification, country label or radio generation alone cannot establish success on your destination.

What “5G mobile proxy” should mean
The label describes the cellular connection on the exit side. It does not describe the connection between your application and the proxy, or guarantee a particular public-IP classification.
A connection can depend on local coverage, hardware and network configuration. If your acceptance test requires 5G, agree on how that condition will be checked before the purchase.

What our stock feed can tell you
The public stock chart on our mobile proxies page lists eligible mbl routes by country. It does not break those routes into 4G and 5G inventory, advertise a 5G-only filter or establish measured radio speed.
Check the current mobile pool first, then ask support about a 5G-specific requirement. The wider peer pool is a separate source of exits with several network types.

Measure the whole request path
Run the same small request set through the candidate routes. Record connection errors, time to first byte, total response time, transferred bytes and successful task completions.
Compare repeated observations at your intended concurrency. A fast download alone does not establish good behavior for a sequence of small authenticated requests. Do not assume a fixed speed advantage over 4G.

Keep the session and budget explicit
Use a sticky session for tasks that need endpoint continuity, and check whether the public exit IP remains stable long enough. Use timed pool rotation only when the task can tolerate endpoint changes.
Review the current per-GB account schedule and the total traffic purchase. Request retries, browser assets and large downloads affect bandwidth consumption. The current mobile pool is a metered product, not an unlimited 5G plan.
Common buying questions
Does the mobile stock feed prove that 5G is in stock?
No. It reports mobile-modem routes without a 4G/5G breakdown. Confirm a 5G-specific requirement before buying.
Are 5G proxies always faster than 4G proxies?
No universal end-to-end speed claim follows from the radio generation. Test the complete path with your destination, request size and concurrency.
Can I use a 5G proxy with a desktop browser?
A browser with compatible proxy support can connect using the returned credentials. The exit connection is mobile; your desktop does not need its own 5G modem.
Prices, setup and next steps
The public stock feed does not separate 4G and 5G, identify free dedicated ports or prove carrier-IP exclusivity. Confirm requirements specific to your purchase in the dashboard or with support.
