Click โ†’ System Preferences โ†’ Network

Or use Spotlight (Cmd+Space) and search "Network"

2

Select Connection โ†’ Advanced โ†’ Proxies

Ethernet

Select your active connection (Wi-Fi or Ethernet), then click "Advanced"

3

Configure Web Proxy (HTTP)

Click OK โ†’ Apply

Your proxy settings will take effect immediately. Safari and other apps will now use the proxy. You'll be prompted for credentials when browsing.
