Data Works vertical - real estate & listings

Real-estate listing data, structured and monitored

We build and run the listing scraper and deliver structured, deduped, change-monitored property data - on real 4G/5G carrier IPs that see the regional inventory portals actually serve. Flat retainer, first data in days, and a paid pilot on your hardest portal before you commit.

A broken real-estate feed looks fine - until someone notices missing properties.

Listing portals rate-limit hard, rotate anti-bot vendors, and serve different inventory by region. Hit them from the wrong IP class and you do not just get blocked - you get a quietly incomplete view of the market that nobody flags.

Worse, feeds silently drop listings the moment the site changes its markup. The scraper keeps returning rows, the dashboard stays green, and three weeks later someone asks why a whole neighborhood is missing. That failure mode is exactly what a managed pipeline exists to catch.

What we deliver

The fields a listings buyer actually wants - deduped, change-monitored, delivered on your cadence.

Field groupWhat lands in your dataset
PropertyAddress, price, beds/baths, sqft, status
ListingAgent, listing date, geo, image URLs
QualityDeduped records, change-monitored so silent drops get caught
CadenceYour schedule - daily, hourly, or whatever the market moves at
DeliveryJSON, CSV, Google Sheet, S3, webhook, or straight into your DB

Need extra fields? You specify them at scoping - the schema is yours, not a fixed vendor export.

Regional inventory needs in-country IPs. Anti-bot needs carrier reputation.

Two things make listing portals hard. First, they serve different inventory by region - so the exit IP has to genuinely sit in the right country to see what a local buyer sees. Second, their anti-bot stacks score IP reputation before any challenge: datacenter ranges are pre-scored and dead on arrival, and shared residential pools get burned and rate-limited.

A real carrier CGNAT IP is shared with millions of ordinary phone users, so a portal cannot blocklist it wholesale without blocking real house-hunters. That is the mechanism - not a trick, and not a "bypass anything" promise. We explain the full IP-reputation story inscraping sites that block youand we prove it on your portal in the pilot.

And because this is a managed retainer, the markup change that would silently rot a DIY feed is our problem to catch - we spot it, not your team three weeks late.

Prove it: point us at your hardest portal.

No case studies to name-drop yet - so we prove it instead. Before you commit to a retainer, we run a paid pilot on your single hardest listing portal - the one your current tool keeps failing on - and show you real extracted rows. If we cannot crack it, you do not proceed.

You talk directly to the principal engineer who builds the pipeline, not an account-manager layer. First data typically lands within days of scoping, not a multi-week statement-of-work cycle.

Retainers are flat monthly and quoted per project. Self-serve proxies from $4/GB (down to $2.40 at volume). Pricing verified July 2026.

Honest scope - what we do not do

6 countries, not 195. We operate real modems in 6 countries. If your portals need in-country IPs outside that coverage, we will say so up front and point you to a provider with global breadth.

Public listings only. We build pipelines for publicly available listing data and expect you to have the right to collect it. Scope and compliance are confirmed on the scoping call.

No auth you do not own. We do not take on targets that require breaking authentication you do not own - no agent-account takeover, no ToS-violating login circumvention. If a portal only exposes the data you need behind credentials you do not hold, we decline.

If it is easy, we will tell you. A trivial, undefended listings site does not need us. Use a cheaper tool and save your money - our lane is the hard, actively defended portals.

Get the listings feed that does not rot.

Tell us the portals, the fields and the cadence. We quote a flat retainer, run the pilot on your hardest target, and deliver structured data - or you walk away.

Frequently asked questions

Which listing portals can you get data from?

Our lane is the hard ones - portals that rate-limit aggressively, rotate anti-bot vendors, and serve different inventory by region. We prove it with a paid pilot on your hardest portal before you commit to a retainer. If your target is trivial, we will tell you to use a cheaper tool.

What fields do you deliver?

Address, price, beds/baths, sqft, status, agent, listing date, geo and image URLs - plus the fields you specify at scoping. Records are deduped and change-monitored, delivered on your cadence.

How do you catch listings that silently disappear from the feed?

A broken real-estate feed looks fine until someone notices missing properties. Because this is a managed retainer, we monitor the feed for changes and catch the markup change ourselves - not your team three weeks late.

Why do mobile carrier IPs matter for listing data?

Portals serve different inventory by region and score IP reputation before any challenge. A real in-country carrier CGNAT IP is shared with millions of ordinary phone users, so it cannot be blocklisted wholesale - it sees the regional inventory a datacenter or burned residential IP does not.

What countries do you cover?

We operate real modems in 6 countries. We are honest about that limit - if your portals require in-country IPs outside our coverage, we will say so and point you to a provider who has it.

Do you scrape behind logins or agent accounts?

No. Public listings only. We do not take on targets that require breaking authentication you do not own, and we confirm scope and compliance on the scoping call.

Can I just buy the proxies and run my own listing scraper?

Yes. The same dedicated 4G/5G carrier IPs are available self-serve from $4/GB (down to $2.40 at volume) if you would rather build and run the pipeline yourself.

Point us at your hardest listing portal.

We crack it in a paid pilot and show you real rows before you commit to a retainer. If we cannot, you do not proceed.
