life:) is a mobile operator in Belarus, run by the legal entity BeST CJSC, which Turkcell owns in full. The registry records one confirmed mobile ASN, AS44087, held by BEST-AS "BeST" CJSC, and one network code pair, MCC 257 with MNC 04. Its site is life.com.by.

The registry holds one ASN for life:), AS44087, registered to BEST-AS "BeST" CJSC and marked as the operator's mobile network with confirmed confidence. At the last probe it announced 39 IPv4 prefixes and 9 IPv6 prefixes, a small announced footprint by prefix count. PeeringDB has no record for AS44087, so the registry carries no exchange or network-type information from that source. The 4G and 5G radio the operator sells runs over the state wholesale network beCloud, AS60330, which the registry does not list as a life:) ASN.

An address whose origin ASN is AS44087 is routed by life:), and the registry marks that ASN as the operator's mobile network. With no PeeringDB entry behind it, the ASN registration and the recorded role are the only descriptions available, and neither breaks the ASN down by access type, so fixed or business connections can originate from it too. An address on beCloud's AS60330 belongs to the wholesale infrastructure operator rather than to life:), even when a life:) subscriber is on that radio network.

Research note. Legal entity: CJSC 'Belarusian Telecommunications Network' (BeST); Ministry of Communications page lists website www.life.com.by. Interfax reports Turkcell holds 100% of BeST. AS44087 was not in the candidate list (which was empty for this carrier); found via RIPEstat search, holder BEST-AS "BeST" CJSC (RIPE org ORG-CA780-RIPE). PeeringDB returned 404 for asn=44087 (no record). 5G: life.com.by/notice/news/5g documents a May 2025 trial; the April 2026 commercial launch is reported by reform.news, which cites the operator announcement at life.com.by/notice/news/5g-launch (that operator page could not be fetched from this location). 4G/5G radio infrastructure is provided by the state wholesale operator beCloud (AS60330 BCTBY-AS).
