WE is the mobile brand of Telecom Egypt, a company the Egyptian government controls. The registry records one confirmed ASN for the company, AS8452, but documents it in a fixed role rather than a mobile one, so no ASN is confirmed as carrying WE mobile traffic. Its network code is MCC 602 with MNC 04.

What is WE's ASN?
The registry records no ASN confirmed as carrying WE mobile traffic. It holds AS8452 for the parent company, Telecom Egypt, with the RIPE holder name TE-AS and a PeeringDB entry under Telecom Egypt, but documents that ASN in a fixed role.
What is the MCC/MNC of WE?
WE uses MCC 602 with MNC 04. MCC 602 is Egypt's mobile country code and MNC 04 identifies the WE network within it. The registry holds no other MCC/MNC pair for the operator.
Is an IP from AS8452 a mobile IP?
