Silknet is a mobile network operator in Georgia and part of the Silk Road Group. Its mobile network runs on AS42082, registered as GEOCELL and named for the consumer brand Geocell. The registry also holds AS35805 as fixed and AS15491 with no documented role. Silknet uses MCC 282 with MNC 01, 05 and 08.

The registry records three ASNs held by JSC Silknet. AS42082 carries the mobile network and announced three IPv4 prefixes and one IPv6 prefix at the last probe; PeeringDB names it Geocell but records no network type. AS35805 is the fixed network, with 50 IPv4 prefixes and two IPv6 prefixes announced at the last probe and a PeeringDB entry of Silknet under Cable/DSL/ISP. AS15491 is registered to Silknet, appears in PeeringDB as Wanex under the same type, and announced no prefixes at the last probe.
An address whose origin ASN is 42082 or 35805 is routed by Silknet. Origin 42082 is the mobile side, though its announced footprint is small, at three IPv4 prefixes. Origin 35805 is fixed broadband. AS15491 has no documented role in the registry, so an address routed under it could be mobile, fixed or enterprise, and the ASN alone does not settle that; it also announced nothing at the last probe, so addresses should not be seen originating from it.
