Its mobile network is carried by AS327931, registered to Optimum Telecom Algeria, the legal entity behind the brand. The registry records the MCC/MNC pair 603-02 for Djezzy.

The registry records one ASN for Djezzy, AS327931, held by Optimum Telecom Algeria and documented as the operator's mobile network. At the last probe it was announced and carried 199 IPv4 prefixes against 100 IPv6 prefixes, so the IPv6 count runs at about half the IPv4 count. PeeringDB has a record for the same network under the name Optimum Telecom Algeria, with the network type field left empty. The registry lists 4G LTE and 5G among the generations the operator runs.

AS327931: RIPEstat holder 'Optimum Telecom Algeria', announced; PeeringDB has a record named 'Optimum Telecom Algeria' (other fields empty); bgp.tools classifies it as eyeball with prefixes named 'Djezzy Network' / 'Djezzy VSAT Network'. 4G launched 1 Oct 2016 (Wikipedia); 5G rolled out across 18 provinces, announced 1-2 Mar 2026 (APS, Telecompaper); the operator site lists a 'Modem 5G' offer (djezzy.dz/particuliers/offres/modem-5g) but the host refused connections during this research so the page text was not read. Ownership: Wikipedia says wholly owned by the Algerian state since VEON sold its 45.57% to the National Investment Fund in Aug 2022.
