About Vivo

Vivo is the mobile brand of Telefônica Brasil in Brazil, a subsidiary of Telefónica. The registry records nine ASNs registered to Telefônica Brasil, with AS26599 and AS27699 documented as mobile and AS26599 the one to treat as primary. Vivo's mobile country and network codes are 724-06, 724-10, 724-11 and 724-23.

Nine ASNs are registered to Telefônica Brasil, and PeeringDB carries a record for each under the name TELEFÔNICA BRASIL with the ASN appended, none of which states a network type. AS26599 is the primary mobile ASN, with 440 IPv4 prefixes against 277 IPv6 at the last probe, and AS27699 is also recorded as mobile, with 139 IPv4 against 23 IPv6. AS18881 (973 IPv4, 72 IPv6), AS10429 (109 IPv4, 69 IPv6) and AS19182 (20 IPv4, no IPv6) are recorded as fixed. AS11419 announces 31 IPv4 and 2 IPv6 prefixes with no documented role, and AS16885, AS16911 and AS22092 announce nothing.

An address whose origin ASN is AS26599 or AS27699 is routed by the network the registry documents as Vivo's mobile side, and AS26599 is the one to treat as primary. An address originating in AS18881, AS10429 or AS19182 is routed by Telefônica Brasil fixed broadband rather than by the mobile network. AS11419 has no documented role, so an address from it could be mobile, fixed or enterprise, and the ASN alone does not settle it. These role assignments come from routing and reverse DNS, not from a statement by the operator.

Registro.br whois owner for every one: TELEFÔNICA BRASIL S.A. Candidate rows 724-01 and 724-19 (given as 'Vivo S.A./Telemig') do not appear as Vivo rows in the Wikipedia 724 table and were dropped; 724-23 is listed as Vivo (formerly Telemig Celular).
