Autonomous systems
Holder names and prefix counts come from the RIPE NCC's RIPEstat Data API, fetched on 2026-09-06. Role and confidence come from the evidence linked in each row; "confirmed" means a PeeringDB or RIPEstat record, or the operator's own site, names the operator.

Mobile network codes
The MCC identifies the country and the MNC identifies the operator inside it. Together they appear in the IMSI of every SIM on the network and in device diagnostics; they are how a handset knows which network it is on.
About Altice
Three ASNs are recorded under the name Altice Dominicana, S.A. AS28118 is the widest of them, announcing 856 IPv4 prefixes and 2 IPv6 prefixes at the last probe, with a PeeringDB record naming it Altice Dominicana and typing it Cable/DSL/ISP. AS12066 announces 69 IPv4 prefixes and no IPv6 at the last probe, and PeeringDB names it Altice Dominicana2 without an information type. AS27824 is registered to the same holder but announces no prefixes at the last probe. No source in the registry states which ASN carries the mobile network.
An address whose origin ASN is AS12066 or AS28118 is routed by Altice Dominicana; AS27824 announces nothing at the last probe, so no live address traces back to it. AS12066 is recorded as fixed, and its prefix descriptions point at residential broadband. AS28118 has no documented role, so an address under it could be mobile, fixed or enterprise, and the origin ASN alone does not settle which. Telling Altice's mobile traffic from its fixed lines takes evidence beyond the origin ASN.
Research note. Legal name Altice Dominicana, S.A.; formerly Tricom and Orange Dominicana, part of Altice since 2013 (Wikipedia). MNC 370-01 = former Orange Dominicana (GSM/UMTS/LTE/5G 3500); MNC 370-03 = former Tricom, listed as operational but AMPS/CDMA 850 only with 1900 MHz spectrum returned (Wikipedia). AS28118: announced, 856 IPv4 prefixes (bgp.he.net) - largest Altice DO ASN, but no source states which ASN carries the mobile network, role left unknown. AS12066: announced, RADB name TRICOM-1, prefix descriptions such as 'Adsl IPoE Residencial' (bgp.he.net) - fixed/residential broadband. AS27824: RIPEstat announced=false; bgp.he.net says not visible in global routing table since 2014-08-01. PeeringDB returned HTTP 429 for 27824/28118 during research. Checking whether an IP belongs to Altice
Look up the origin ASN of the address and compare it with the table above. RIPEstat answers for any address, and the RADB whois mirror lists the routes registered under an ASN.

What is Altice Dominican Republic's ASN?
The registry records three confirmed ASNs held by Altice Dominicana, S.A. They are AS12066, AS27824 and AS28118. AS28118 announces the most address space and AS12066 is recorded as fixed. No source in the registry states which of the three carries the mobile network.
What is the MCC/MNC of Altice Dominican Republic?
The registry records two pairs for Altice, MCC 370 with MNC 01 and MCC 370 with MNC 03. MCC 370 is the Dominican Republic's mobile country code. MNC 01 comes from the former Orange Dominicana network and MNC 03 from the former Tricom network.
Is an IP from AS28118 a mobile IP?
Not necessarily. The registry has no source documenting the role of AS28118, so an address announced by it could be mobile, fixed or enterprise. PeeringDB types the network as Cable/DSL/ISP. The origin ASN by itself does not tell you whether the connection is mobile.
