AS37190 (as-name ATLANTIQUE-TELECOM-CI, org ORG-ATd1-AFRINIC, announced per RIPEstat) was taken from the CI pool: fr.wikipedia states Moov Africa Côte d'Ivoire is the commercial brand of the legal entity Atlantique Telecom Côte d'Ivoire, and the Wikipedia MNC table lists 612-02 under 'Atlantique Cellulaire' brand Moov. Parent: moov-africa.ci/qui-sommes-nous states 'Filiale du Groupe MAROC TELECOM'. Operator site advertises 4G only; no 5G offer found on moov-africa.ci, so 5G not listed. PeeringDB API returned HTTP 429, no PeeringDB confirmation.
