Holder names and prefix counts come from the RIPE NCC's RIPEstat Data API, fetched on 2026-09-06. Role and confidence come from the evidence linked in each row; "confirmed" means a PeeringDB or RIPEstat record, or the operator's own site, names the operator.

Mobile network codes
The MCC identifies the country and the MNC identifies the operator inside it. Together they appear in the IMSI of every SIM on the network and in device diagnostics; they are how a handset knows which network it is on.
About Bitė Lietuva
The registry lists six ASNs held by Bitė Lietuva. AS13194 is the operator's main network and announced 161 IPv4 prefixes and 49 IPv6 prefixes at the last probe; PeeringDB records it as Bite Lietuva with the network type NSP. AS211614 is recorded as a second mobile ASN and announced a single IPv4 prefix. AS199527 and AS204746 are enterprise ASNs, AS212046 carries the former Mezon wireless-broadband service as fixed access, and no source states a role for AS210906. None of those five announced IPv6 prefixes at the last probe.
An address whose origin ASN is AS13194 or AS211614 is routed by Bitė Lietuva, and both are documented as mobile, though AS13194 also carries the operator's other traffic, so the ASN alone does not prove a given address sits on a handset. For AS199527, AS204746 and AS212046 the recorded roles are enterprise or fixed, and AS210906 has no documented role at all, so an address there could be mobile, fixed or enterprise and the ASN does not settle the question.
Research note. AS13194 'BITE' is the operator's main network (PeeringDB: name 'Bite Lietuva', website bite.lt, type NSP; 210 announced prefixes; RIPE descr 'Bite IP Network'). AS211614 BITEMOBILE-LT originates 213.252.243.0/24 whose RIPE inetnum is netname 'BiteMobile', descr 'Bite Mobile' - a dedicated mobile ASN (single /24, likely fixed-IP mobile). AS212046 MEZON-LT (47 prefixes) is the former MEZON wireless-broadband brand acquired from LRTC and merged into Bite per Wikipedia MNC table; role recorded as fixed (wireless broadband), not the consumer mobile network. AS199527 RIPE descr 'Bite Lietuva multihomed end-users' (enterprise customers); AS204746 BITE-CLOUD (cloud/enterprise); AS210906 BITE-US role not stated anywhere. All six share RIPE org ORG-BGIS1-RIPE. Wikipedia MNC table also lists 246-08 MEZON (UAB Bite Lietuva) as 'Not Operational' - excluded. Parent: bitegroup.net states Providence Equity Partners invested in BITE Group in 2015 and has controlled it since; Wikipedia names PLT VII Finance S.a r.l. (Luxembourg) as parent entity. Generations: bite.lt/5g cites 1,000+ 5G towers and 4G coverage of ~99% of territory. PeeringDB returned empty records for 211614, 212046, 199527; PeeringDB throttled unauthenticated requests.
Checking whether an IP belongs to Bitė Lietuva
Look up the origin ASN of the address and compare it with the table above. RIPEstat answers for any address, and the RADB whois mirror lists the routes registered under an ASN.

What is Bitė Lietuva's ASN?
The registry records six. AS13194 is the operator's main network and is documented as mobile, and AS211614 is a second mobile ASN. AS199527 and AS204746 are enterprise, AS212046 is fixed wireless broadband from the former Mezon service, and AS210906 has no documented role.
What is the MCC/MNC of Bitė Lietuva?
Bitė Lietuva uses MCC 246 with MNC 02. That pair identifies the Lithuanian network in signalling and on SIM records. The registry holds no second MCC/MNC row for the operator, so 246-02 is the only code pair recorded here.
Is an IP from AS13194 a mobile IP?
Not necessarily. AS13194 is Bitė Lietuva's main network and is documented as mobile, but it announced 161 IPv4 prefixes at the last probe and carries the operator's wider traffic as well. The origin ASN tells you who routes the address, not which access technology it came in on.
