adskill Review 2026

Advertising infrastructure for performance agencies and direct advertisers · agency accounts, payments, support and source relationships

Most vendors in this segment sell you an ad account and disappear. adskill sells the layer underneath it: the account, the money that goes into it, the support around it and the relationship with the source itself. You keep strategy, media buying and the performance numbers. The team takes the infrastructure and the operations, which in practice means payments, moderation, restrictions and the awkward conversations with the platform.

Two things are worth settling before the rest of this page. adskill publishes a named legal entity, AdWave LTD in Limassol, Cyprus, company number HE 380370, incorporated in February 2018, which is more than most of this category manages. It does not publish a price. The commission and cashback bands that circulate around this vendor reached us in a partner document, not from the site, and we flag that every time one of them appears below.

Every figure here comes from adskill.com, except the count of 26 sources, which is ours. The account issuance window is the one in the site FAQ; other pages quote faster numbers for individual platforms. No commission, cashback or rate card is published anywhere on the site.

What adskill actually is

The company combines agency accounts, payment solutions, technical support and the working relationship with the ad sources. It is built to slot into a buying process that already exists rather than replace it. The client keeps control of strategy, of media buying and of the performance numbers, and the team absorbs the infrastructure and operational questions that otherwise eat a media buyer's week.

The infrastructure covers 20+ ad sources and the ability to run campaigns in 100+ GEO. The team works with projects across a wide spread of verticals and helps pick the platform that fits the product, the market and the goal of the campaign. Preparation for launch includes a review of the offer, the creatives, the landing page and the funnel. Where it helps, specialists bring in a representative of the ad source to advise on requirements and moderation.

That last part is the piece most rental shops skip. A pre-launch check costs the vendor time and earns them nothing directly, which is exactly why so few of them do it.

The terms, and where each one comes from

Most of this is on adskill.com. Three rows are not, and the right-hand column says so.

MetricTermsSource

Number of accountsUnlimited, but a minimum monthly budget has to run on each one. That figure is not publishedSite

CommissionNot published as a number. The pricing question is answered with "terms depend on the access format, the vertical and the volume of support", and two product pages carry a badge reading no commission. A partner document quotes a band of 0 to 15%Partner document for the band
CashbackThe only figure on the site is a promotion: 10% of ad spend back over two weeks of spending. A partner document quotes a standard 1 to 5% of spendPartner document for the band
Post-paymentThe account pages sell a credit line instead of prepayment and attach no term to it. A partner document calls it Net 30 on individual termsPartner document for the term
If an account is blockedThe FAQ says clients can withdraw their funds. The TikTok page says the remaining budget moves to a new cabinet. The Refund Policy says all refunds are at the company’s sole discretionSite
Verticals20+, with Mobile Apps, FinTech, E-commerce, EdTech and Entertainment highlightedSite

Commercial terms depend on the source, GEO, volume, payment method and project parameters. Nothing in the partner document binds the vendor, and its own Terms of Use say as much: any price published on the site or an affiliate’s site is non-binding and only an example.

The ad sources adskill names

Twenty-six platforms we could find named on adskill.com.

Google AdsMeta AdsTikTokTelegramYandex DirectVKMolocoAppLovinMintegralUnityLiftoffAppnextXiaomiSnapchatKwaix.com (ex Twitter)YanGoTaboolaironSourceReachEffectAdsGramGnezdoApp SamuraiHuaweiXapadsBigo

Two things to check before you plan around a specific platform. The counts do not agree with each other: the account pages and the About section say 20+, the referral page says 30+, and no page carries a definitive list. And the partner document we were sent names five sources (Bidease, Propeller Ads, Smadex, Bing and Amazon) that we could not find anywhere on the site, so we have left them out above. Ask sales for the current inventory for your GEO rather than working from any of these lists.

Verticals

The site says 20+ verticals and highlights Mobile Apps, FinTech, E-commerce, EdTech and Entertainment. The thirteen below are named in the partner document rather than on the site.

Why teams choose adskill

20+ ad sources and 100+ GEO in one infrastructure

New platforms and new regions can be added inside the same infrastructure, so the payment and operational contour stays single rather than multiplying with every source.

Certified partner status, claimed but not evidenced

The site calls itself a certified partner over a strip of platform logos and says it holds direct contact with representatives of Google, Bigo, TikTok and other sources. No certificate or partner ID is published for any of them. If it holds, what it buys is faster feedback on moderation and the option to put a source representative into a difficult case.

Agency accounts with the team behind them

The team supports the day-to-day work with the accounts and helps resolve payments, moderation, restrictions, access to the ad cabinets and disputes.

Terms agreed per project, not per rate card

The site answers the price question by saying terms depend on the access format, the vertical and how much support you need, and that they are agreed individually with a manager. The only number it puts in public is the current promotion of 10% of ad spend back over two weeks.

One multi-currency wallet

Topping up cabinets and moving budget between platforms both run through a single multi-currency wallet, with the transfer to the ad platform quoted at two hours or less.

Payment routes that do not depend on your country

Cards, bank transfers and invoicing through a legal entity, with the balance funded by any of ten methods. The pitch is aimed squarely at advertisers whose own cards get refused by the platform.

Integrations and an API, within limits

The account pages list ready integrations and an API among the speed features. The Meta page is the only one that spells out what that means: API access as an extra option for teams automating through the Marketing API, and it says plainly that this supplements normal account access rather than replacing it. No finance or reporting API is documented.

A project review before you fund anything

Before launch the team checks whether the project fits the requirements of the chosen platform. Experience across hundreds of campaigns usually surfaces what needs fixing in the creatives, the landing page or the funnel. If something stays unclear, the manager takes it to the platform directly.

The TikTok case: a concert agency in Eastern and Central Europe

Client: READY EVENTS. Platform: TikTok Ads. Period: spring 2025. Audience: 18-34 and 25-45.

Working with a concert agency, the adskill team studied the specifics of the project and its audience and recommended TikTok Ads for promoting events in Eastern and Central Europe. The specialists also advised the client on creatives and on preparing the campaigns for launch. ROI reached x3.4 at a CPC of $0.13, and tickets for individual concerts sold out several weeks before the event.

The write-up is unusually honest about the friction. TikTok blocked the ad materials over the name of a band, wrongly reading it as a prohibited service, and clearing that took over a month. Video with smoking, alcohol or strong language had to be re-edited to pass review. In-Feed video, live clips, backstage footage, artist messages and UGC carried the creative side; UTM tagging plus TikTok Smart+ and Smart Performance Campaign carried the optimisation.

How onboarding runs

STEP 1

Request

You leave a request and a manager comes back to clarify the details of the project.

STEP 2

Analysis

The project is reviewed against platform policies, and the sources that suit it best are proposed.

STEP 3

Contract

A contract is signed and payment is arranged on the agreed terms.

STEP 4

Planning

Goals and KPI are agreed jointly, then targeting, ad formats and launch recommendations.

STEP 5

Moderation

Ad materials are checked against the rules of the platform before they go anywhere near review.

STEP 6

Launch

The account is issued and the project goes live on the back of that preparation.

The site FAQ puts account issuance at 1-3 working days after the contract is signed, while the feature strip on the product pages says same day and the partner document quotes 15-30 minutes for the launch itself. Budget for the contract stage separately and treat the fastest number as the best case.

What is not published, and what to ask

Nine items. Most are questions for the manager before the first top-up. Two are places where the vendor contradicts itself.

ItemWhat we found
Any price at allThis is the big one. Asked what an agency account costs, the site answers that terms depend on the access format, the vertical and the volume of support, and are agreed individually with a manager. Two product pages go further and carry a badge reading no commission, next to a line about transparent terms and no hidden commissions. That is positioning, not a rate. The commission band of 0 to 15% and the cashback band of 1 to 5% that circulate around this vendor reached us in a partner document and appear nowhere on adskill.com. The Terms of Use also warn that any published price is non-binding and only an example.
The minimum monthly budget per accountThe FAQ says the number of accounts is unlimited, but that a certain minimum budget has to run on each of them. That figure is not published. The contact form asks you to pick a bracket of up to $10k, $10k-99k or $100k+ per month, which shows the shape of the client base without stating a floor.
How long a launch actually takesFour numbers, none of them reconciled. The FAQ says the ad account is issued within 1-3 working days after the contract. The feature strip on the account pages says accounts are issued and topped up the same day you ask. The Telegram Ads page says within an hour of the money landing. The Meta Ads page says within a day of pre-moderation. A partner document adds 15-30 minutes to launch once every input is ready. They measure different steps. Plan around the slowest.
How far the block guarantee goesThis one cuts the other way, and it matters. The Google Ads page states that in segments requiring certification adskill guarantees 0% blocks, lists 0% bans in certifiable segments as a feature, puts "we pass, guaranteed" in its comparison row for Business Operations Verification, and answers the verification question with "with a full guarantee". The Telegram Ads page repeats the 0% bans line. The general FAQ, asked the same question head on, gives a far more careful answer about pre-moderating ads and landing pages. Both positions are the vendor’s. Get the wording of any guarantee, and the definition of a certifiable segment, in writing.
The conditions on the cashback promotionThe site runs a promotional offer of 10% of ad spend back over two weeks of spending. It is the only cashback figure published anywhere on the site, and no qualifying conditions sit next to it, so treat it as a conversation to have with sales.
A single consistent count of sourcesThe account pages and the About section say 20+, the referral page says 30+, and across the homepage strip, the sources block and the account pages we counted 26 named platforms. A partner document lists 22, and five of those names (Bidease, Propeller Ads, Smadex, Bing and Amazon) we could not find anywhere on the site. That is not proof they are unavailable, but it is not proof they are available either. Ask for the current inventory for your GEO.
Legal documents written for this businessThe Refund Policy and the Terms of Use are the same template, and it is not an advertising template. The refund page refers to your purchase of any lesson or group session, points complaints at a student hotline, mentions our freelancers, and names the counterparty as adskill Limited rather than AdWave LTD, which is the entity in the footer. It also states that all refunds are at that company’s sole discretion, which sits awkwardly beside the FAQ answer that clients get their funds out after a block. The Terms of Use prices in euros, removes the right of withdrawal, and discloses in section 3(2) that accounts may either be newly created or sourced from existing stock.
Independent proof of the case studyThe TikTok numbers below come from adskill and its client. We reproduce them as the vendor publishes them and have not audited an ad account. The same case study is candid about the friction, including moderation that ran over a month after TikTok flagged an artist name.
An SLA or response-time commitmentSupport is described as a dedicated team with a personal manager, a source team lead and specialists, working Monday to Friday, 10:00 to 20:00 UTC+3, though one comparison table on the site advertises 24/7. No response-time SLA or service credit is published. The Refund Policy does publish deadlines of its own: up to 7 working days to handle a complaint, extendable to 14, then 3 working days to start a refund and 5 to 10 banking days for the money to arrive.

adskill and PROXIES.SX: the account and the connection

These are different layers of the same stack. adskill supplies the account, the payment rails and the relationship with the source. PROXIES.SX supplies the network identity the account is operated from. An agency account carries the agency's trust, but the session still hands Google, Meta, TikTok or Moloco an IP and an ASN. A datacentre range, or one address shared between four accounts, is the fastest way to spend that trust.

Our side: a 4G/5G mobile and residential network billed per GB from $4 down to $2.40 at volume, with GB that never expire and endpoints included free. Free endpoints matter for this pairing. One endpoint per ad account costs nothing extra, so there is never a financial reason to share an IP between accounts on a 100+ GEO campaign.

One overlap we will name rather than bury. adskill's own partner directory already lists MobileProxy.Space, a mobile proxy vendor, next to MoreLogin, RichAds, AsoGen, Banzai Partners, 3SNET and Revenuelab. Any partnership here puts us on a page that already carries an alternative in our category.

FAQ

What is adskill?

adskill is advertising infrastructure for performance agencies and direct advertisers. It brings agency ad accounts, payment solutions, technical support and the relationship with the ad sources into one contour, and it plugs into a media buying process you already run. You keep control of strategy, media buying and performance; the team takes the infrastructure and operational side. The infrastructure covers 20+ ad sources and campaigns in 100+ GEO. The operating entity published on the site is AdWave LTD, company number HE 380370, incorporated 23.02.2018, at Eleftherias 113, 3042, Limassol, Cyprus.

What does adskill cost?

adskill does not publish a price. The pricing question on its product pages is answered with the line that terms depend on the access format, the vertical and the volume of support, and are agreed individually with a manager, and two of those pages carry a badge reading no commission alongside a promise of no hidden commissions. The Terms of Use add that any price published on the site is non-binding and only an example. The commission band of 0 to 15% and the cashback band of 1 to 5% of spend that circulate around this vendor come from a partner document rather than from adskill.com. What the site does publish: no spend limits, no limit on the number of accounts, a minimum monthly budget per account whose value is withheld, top-ups by card, bank transfer or invoice through a legal entity across ten methods, one multi-currency wallet, budget moved on to the platform in two hours or less, a credit line instead of prepayment, and a current promotion of 10% of ad spend back over two weeks of spending.

How fast can a campaign go live?

The site gives several answers. The FAQ says the ad account is issued within 1-3 working days after the contract is signed. The feature strip on the account pages says accounts are issued and topped up the same day. The Telegram Ads page says within an hour of the money arriving, the Meta Ads page within a day of pre-moderation, and budget reaches the platform in two hours or less. A partner document adds a figure of 15-30 minutes to launch once every input is ready. Before launch, adskill pre-checks the offer, the creatives, the landing page and the funnel, and where necessary brings in a representative of the ad source. On blocks the vendor is not consistent with itself: the general FAQ answers carefully, describing pre-moderation of ads and landing pages and advice on fixes, while the Google Ads and Telegram Ads pages state that in segments requiring certification adskill guarantees 0% blocks. If a guarantee matters to your vertical, get its wording and the definition of a certifiable segment in the contract.

How does adskill fit with PROXIES.SX?

The two sit on different layers. adskill supplies the account, the payment rails and the relationship with the source; PROXIES.SX supplies the network identity the account is operated from. An agency account carries the trust of the agency, but the login session still hands Google, Meta, TikTok or Moloco an IP and an ASN, and a datacentre range shared across several accounts is exactly the signal that undoes that trust. PROXIES.SX runs its own 4G/5G mobile and residential network billed per GB from $4 down to $2.40 at volume, GB never expire and endpoints are free, so one endpoint per account costs nothing extra. Worth naming honestly: the adskill partner directory already lists MobileProxy.Space, a mobile proxy vendor, alongside MoreLogin, RichAds, AsoGen, Banzai Partners, 3SNET and Revenuelab.

Contacts

Want to check which ad sources are available, what the commercial terms would be, or how the working format would look for your project? Get in touch with the adskill team.

The site also publishes info@adskill.com, hr@adskill.com and pr@adskill.com, an English-language sales bot at @adskill_salesen_o_bot, and working hours of Monday to Friday, 10:00 to 20:00 UTC+3.

Verdict

What adskill puts in public is the operational half. A named Cyprus entity with a registration number and an address, 100+ GEO, 26 platforms named across its own pages, ten ways to fund a balance, one multi-currency wallet, budget on the platform inside two hours, no spend limit and no cap on accounts. For an advertiser whose own cards keep getting refused by Google or Meta, that is a real answer to a real problem.

The pre-launch review is the part a working media buyer will feel first. Checking the offer, the creatives, the landing page and the funnel before any money moves, and pulling in a source representative when the answer is unclear, is what separates infrastructure from a reseller with a spreadsheet of logins.

The commercial half is a different story. There is no price anywhere on the site, no minimum budget per account, and no consistent number for how long anything takes. The two documents that govern the money are a template borrowed from a tutoring business, complete with a student hotline and a company name that does not match the footer, and one of them says every refund is at the vendor’s sole discretion while the FAQ says clients get their funds out. On blocks the site argues with itself: a careful non-answer in the FAQ, a guarantee of 0% blocks on the Google and Telegram pages. Ask for the commission, the cashback, the minimum monthly budget and the exact wording of any block guarantee in the contract before the first top-up. Get those in writing and the operational side is worth the conversation.

How this page was put together. We read the live site at adskill.com in both language versions at time of writing: the Russian and English homepages, the FAQ, the contacts page, the legal page, the Refund Policy and the Terms of Use, the partner directory, the referral programme page, the Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok and Telegram Ads account pages, the Academia blog index and the published TikTok case study. From those pages we confirmed the legal entity AdWave LTD, company number HE 380370, incorporated 23.02.2018, Eleftherias 113, 3042, Limassol, Cyprus; 100+ GEO and 20+ ad sources, with 26 platforms named across the site and a competing 30+ on the referral page; the absence of spend and account-count limits; the multi-currency wallet and the two-hour budget transfer; ten top-up methods; the account issuance window of 1-3 working days in the FAQ and the faster figures on individual product pages; the six-step onboarding; support hours of Monday to Friday, 10:00 to 20:00 UTC+3; the budget brackets on the contact form; the promotional 10% cashback offer; and the partner directory entries. The Google Ads and Telegram Ads pages state a guarantee of 0% blocks in segments requiring certification; the general FAQ answers the same question far more cautiously, and we report both. No commission, cashback band, minimum budget or rate card appears anywhere on adskill.com. The bands of 0 to 15% commission, 1 to 5% cashback, Net 30 and a 15-30 minute launch reached us in a partner document, are labelled as such every time they appear above, and bind nobody: the vendor's own Terms of Use state that any price published on its site or an affiliate's is non-binding and only an example. The verticals list and the reasons section likewise draw on that document. Case study figures of CPM $1.17, CTR 1.0%, CPC $0.13, cost per site visit $0.28 and ROI x3.4 are as published by adskill for the READY EVENTS campaign in spring 2025 and are reproduced as vendor claims rather than audited results. We did not open an account, top up a balance or receive a commission quote, so account quality, issuance speed and support responsiveness are unverified by us. Outbound links use rel="nofollow sponsored noopener noreferrer" and carry UTM tags naming PROXIES.SX as the source.
