WebMaster Review 2026

Ad creatives to order: photo, video, deep fakes, PWA design, playable ads and Telegram channel branding

The first version of an ad is rarely the one that spends the budget. Once a concept converts, a buying team needs it re-cut for the next geo and the next placement size, and WebMaster prices that second wave as its own line of work. The studio takes orders through its Telegram channel for photo and video creatives in nutra, e-commerce goods, dating, gambling, finance and crypto, produces them for TikTok, Facebook and Instagram, and publishes a per-asset price list where a variant of an existing creative costs about half the price of a new one.

A short map of the price list: what can be ordered, and how the rate moves as the order grows.

On the order menu
  • Photo and video creatives for TikTok, Facebook and Instagram
  • Deep Fake videos at a flat $80
  • PWA design, HTML playables and ready-made playables
  • Logos, banners, intros and full Telegram channel branding
How the rate moves
  • Geo and size variants of an existing creative at a separate, lower rate
  • A bulk rate on creation from 10 units
  • 20 percent off orders from $500, 10 percent on deep fakes
  • After Effects and Photoshop project files sold alongside the finished asset

Figures as published on the price list the studio circulates. All amounts are in US dollars.

Photo, video and deep fake, by vertical

The list splits its rates into three vertical groups, each with its own column.

FormatGambling / BettingNutra / E-commerceSchemes / Forex / Crypto
Photo creative$25$20$25
Photo variant, geo or size$12$10$12
Video creative$45$35$40
Video variant, geo or size$25$17$20
Deep Fake$80$80$80
After Effects project, video$90$70$80
Photoshop PSD project, photo$50$40$50

From 10 units the per-unit creation rate drops as well: photos to $18 or $20 and videos to $28, $32 or $36 depending on the group. One footnote from the studio applies across the whole table: the price list is not a public offer, a complex brief can raise the figure, and @Kvi_win confirms the final quote before work starts.

Uniquification, priced apart from creation

The column that shapes how a campaign scales.

Uniquification on this price list means taking a creative the studio has already made and producing a version of it for another geo or another placement size. It sits in its own column, at roughly half the creation rate, so the concept is paid for once and every market after that costs less.

A nutra photo

$20 to create, $10 for each geo or size version after that.

A gambling video

$45 to create, $25 for each geo or size version after that.

For a buying team this splits creative spend into two different kinds of money. Finding the concept costs the full rate. Rolling the winner out, into new countries and into every size an ad manager asks for, runs at the variant rate, with the bulk column taking over from 10 units and a further 20 percent coming off orders from $500.

PWA design, playable ads and project files

The formats on the list beyond a finished photo or video.

PWA design

Interface design for PWA applications, listed in the gambling and betting group at $80 per design.

Playable Ads in HTML

The newest lines on the list. A playable built to order runs $400 and is made multi-geo. A ready-made playable costs $200, or $170 each from 10 units.

Deep Fake video

A flat $80 in every rate group, $70 each from 10 units. The large-order discount on deep fakes is 10 percent rather than 20.

Project files

The After Effects project behind a video costs $70 to $90 and the Photoshop PSD behind a photo $40 to $50, depending on the vertical. With the source in hand, an in-house designer can edit the asset later without a new order.

Branding for Telegram channels

A separate group on the list, aimed at channel owners rather than ad buyers.

WhatPriceDetail
Photo logo$35$30 each on orders from 10 units.
Video logo$50$45 each on orders from 10 units.
Banners$35A geo or size variant is $17, the bulk rate from 10 units is $30.
PSD project, banners or logo$100The editable Photoshop source for the delivered set.
Intro$100Opening animation for channel videos.
Overlay panels$45Graphic panels laid over the video picture.
Editing$100Editing of footage up to 20 minutes long.
Custom emoji$10The @WebMasterLife emoji set itself is free.

In this group the large-order discount starts at $1,000 rather than $500, at the same 20 percent. The studio also lists logo creation on its own, so the branding work does not have to arrive as one package.

How an order happens

The channel is the storefront, the chat is the counter.

WebMaster works entirely inside Telegram. The channel doubles as a running portfolio, with delivered photo and video work posted as it ships, and the channel description carries the service list: creatives to order for the six verticals, production for TikTok, Facebook and Instagram, and logo creation.

Briefs and quotes go to @Kvi_win, the contact named on the price list. Since the studio prices by brief, the working order is to describe the vertical, the geo and the format first, have the figure confirmed in chat, and then hand over references and materials.

Where proxies fit in

A large share of what this studio sells is geo work: variants re-cut for specific countries, playables built multi-geo, PWA design for campaigns that run far from where the buyer sits. What the buying side still has to check for itself is how that funnel renders in each market, from the ad to the lander to the app.

That check is what PROXIES.SX covers. 4G/5G mobile and residential IPs in the countries we operate let a team open its own creatives and pages the way a person in the target geo sees them before the media budget starts, and per-GB pricing fits a check that happens in bursts around each launch.

Who WebMaster suits

The clearest fit is a solo buyer or a small team running nutra, e-commerce goods, dating, gambling, finance or crypto on TikTok, Facebook or Instagram. Every asset carries a listed price, so a test budget can be put together before the first message: a photo from $20, a video from $35, a deep fake at $80.

Teams that already know their winning concepts get the most out of the structure. The variant column, the bulk rate from 10 units and the discount from $500 all reward ordering in waves rather than one asset at a time, and the After Effects and Photoshop project files let an in-house designer carry an asset forward between orders.

The branding group serves a different reader: owners of Telegram channels who want a logo, banners, an intro, overlay panels and editing from one place, with its own bulk terms from $1,000.
