CrownSoft Review 2026

Number-filtering tools & multi-account Facebook automation · Windows desktop + cloud

CrownSoft is a Chinese-origin vendor of Windows desktop marketing software with an English storefront at crownsoft007.com. It sells four things: WhatsApp Filters and Various Accounts Filters, which bulk-check whether phone numbers are registered on WhatsApp, Facebook, Instagram and Telegram; FaceBook Marketing Software, which batch-operates Facebook accounts for group, fan-page and live-room marketing, mass DMs, comments and friend adds; and WhatsApp Cloud Filter, a hosted version of the number check. Pricing for the three desktop tools is printed publicly on the contact page, and buying runs through a person rather than a cart: you download a limited free trial, then message customer service on WhatsApp or Telegram to buy and activate. The tools are capable and documented, and the sections below cover the feature set, the published rates and how proxies plug in.

Published pricing

CrownSoft prints its desktop pricing on the contact page. The Facebook tool is billed by "number of operational rights" - the site states fees are charged based on the number of one-time purchase operational rights, which reads as a seat-equivalent account cap.

How the cloud product is billed. WhatsApp Cloud Filter is billed "from 0.2 crownsoft coin for each eligible number screened", charged only on numbers that match the filter, with results exported to .xlsx. New registrations get 30 coins for testing. Ask customer service for the coin top-up packages so you can work out the cost of your own list size.

Payment method, invoicing and renewal are arranged with customer service.

What the filter tools actually do

Both filter tools start from a number list - either imported locally or generated from a country code, area code and a sequential or random pattern. WhatsApp Filters then logs into your own WhatsApp accounts by QR scan (or bulk-imports Channel / Hash accounts) and checks each number for registration. CrownSoft markets this as its differentiator: competitors, it says, "need to purchase the channel number", while CrownSoft "only needs to use your idle WhatsApp account to scan the code to log in". Alongside the yes/no answer it pulls the avatar, infers gender and age from it, and reads the About text and its language to guess the holder's country. Various Accounts Filters widens the same idea to WhatsApp, Facebook, Instagram and Telegram from one list, adds Telegram last-active filtering and username retrieval, and can import a Telegram group link to extract its members. It also claims object recognition on WhatsApp profile pictures - flowers, cats, dogs, cars, cups.

What the Facebook tool actually does

FaceBook Marketing Software is the heavier product and the one where proxies matter. It batch-logs Facebook accounts by ID, email or cookie, and generates a fingerprint environment for each window based on IP and region. Each account can be set to the local connection or to an HTTP/SOCKS5 proxy, and cookie-imported accounts are assigned the selected IPs in order. From there the documented feature set is broad: keyword-based group collection and bulk joining (including answering private-group verification questions), bulk group posting, collection of group members, page fans and live-room viewers, bulk DMs, comments and likes, bulk friend adds and bulk confirmation of incoming requests, country- and gender-targeted "add referees", bulk profile edits, live-room marketing, and a customer-service inbox with canned replies and automatic translation of chat records.

Documented hardware sizing

The docs give a concrete formula: simultaneous Facebook windows = CPU logical processor count x 2, and each window requires roughly 300MB of memory. That is a genuinely useful number for planning a machine before you buy operational rights you cannot run.

Key characteristics

Number filtering as the core

Both filter tools exist to shrink a raw number list down to the subset that is actually registered on a given platform, with export to .txt / .xls / .xlsx / .vcf.

Your own accounts, not bought channels

WhatsApp Filters logs in with QR scans from your own idle WhatsApp accounts, which CrownSoft positions against competitors that require purchased channel numbers.

Four platforms from one list

Various Accounts Filters checks WhatsApp, Facebook, Instagram and Telegram, with Telegram last-active filtering, username retrieval and group-member extraction.

Per-window fingerprint environment

The Facebook tool generates a fingerprint environment per window based on the assigned IP and region, in the same spirit as an antidetect browser profile.

Per-account proxy assignment

Each Facebook account can use the local connection or an HTTP/SOCKS5 proxy, with cookie-imported accounts assigned selected IPs in order.

Audience collection at scale

Group members, page fans and live-room viewers can be collected and then targeted with DMs, comments, likes and friend requests.

Published pricing

Three of the four products have published monthly, quarterly and yearly rates on the contact page, so you can budget before you talk to anyone.

Free trial before purchase

Every desktop tool is a free download with a limited free trial; you contact customer service afterwards to purchase and activate.

Who it is for

A fit if you

  • Run Windows machines and want desktop tools you operate yourself, not a SaaS dashboard
  • Need to shrink large phone-number lists to the subset registered on a specific messenger
  • Already own a pool of Facebook accounts and want one console to drive them with per-account proxies
  • Are comfortable buying from a vendor over Telegram or WhatsApp after testing the free trial
  • Can size hardware yourself against the documented windows-and-memory formula

Look at other options if you

  • Need enterprise procurement paperwork such as a signed contract and invoicing
  • Work on macOS or Linux, or need an API rather than a GUI
  • Need an uptime SLA or a contractual match-rate figure
  • Operate in a jurisdiction where cold-contacting phone numbers is regulated

Good to know before you buy

Practical details from CrownSoft's own site, worth having in front of you when you message customer service.

How you buy

Prices are listed on the contact page and purchase runs through customer service on WhatsApp (+8617812717231) or Telegram (@Crown_Andy), who also handle trial upgrades, activation and billing. Agree payment method and renewal with them when you order.

Cloud billing in coins

WhatsApp Cloud Filter is priced from 0.2 crownsoft coin per eligible number screened, with 30 coins granted on registration for testing. Ask customer service for the coin top-up packages before you plan a large run.

Windows desktop only

Docs reference Windows Task Manager and .zip installers. The tools are GUI applications rather than an API, and the one built-in integration is the "Dove-ip" proxy platform wired into Various Accounts Filters.

Help documentation

Step-by-step help pages are published on GitBook (fei-a.gitbook.io/marketing-software, mirrored at help.crownsoft007.com), and the support contacts are there for anything the pages do not cover.

Antivirus whitelisting

Each product page asks you to add the software to your antivirus allow-list before first run, which is standard for automation tools that drive other applications.

Platform rules

The tools drive your own WhatsApp, Facebook, Instagram and Telegram accounts, so check each platform rulebook against your own use case. CrownSoft advises limiting query volume and rotating IPs, and its docs frame proxies as a way to "reduce the probability of account blocking".

Language and localisation

The storefront and documentation are English-only. The header carries a "Chinese" toggle, but it does not switch the site - it links out to a separate domain, www.kuajingwang.vip. One homepage partner post is left untranslated in Chinese, and a CrownSoft blog post refers to the product as "Cross-Border King Facebook Marketing Software", so the English site is a single-language localisation of a Chinese product. Support is delivered person-to-person over WhatsApp and Telegram.

Using CrownSoft with PROXIES.SX mobile proxies

Only one of CrownSoft's tools takes your own proxies cleanly, so it is worth being precise about where proxies.sx IPs actually plug in.

FaceBook Marketing Software - direct fit

This tool sets each account to Local or an HTTP/SOCKS5 proxy and builds the window's fingerprint environment from the assigned IP and region. That is exactly the shape our endpoints take: give each Facebook account its own sticky endpoint so its fingerprint and its network identity stay consistent, and keep the account's region and the IP's region aligned. Because endpoints and IP rotation are free on proxies.sx, you can run one endpoint per account window without the per-port fees most vendors charge - you pay only for the GB that pass through.

Various Accounts Filters - Dove-ip integration

CrownSoft documents this tool as "connected to the Dove-ip platform" for per-country IPs when filtering Facebook, Instagram and Telegram, with its own register-and-recharge flow. Bringing your own HTTP/SOCKS5 endpoint is not covered in the docs, so ask customer service whether it is supported before you plan around it.

WhatsApp Filters - machine-wide routing

The WhatsApp docs ask you to set the local VPN to Global Proxy mode, which routes the whole machine rather than individual accounts. If you take that route, run one tool instance per machine or per VM behind one endpoint, and do not expect per-account IP separation from the software itself.

Budgeting bandwidth

Facebook automation is image-heavy, which is why CrownSoft ships no-image and no-video modes specifically to cut proxy bandwidth - turn them on before you scale. proxies.sx is billed per GB at $4/GB, dropping to $2.40/GB at volume, and GB never expire, so unused balance carries over between campaigns instead of resetting monthly.

One thing to keep in mind: a mobile IP changes the network signal, not the rules of the platform you are working on. Whatever proxy sits in front of the tool, the accounts you drive are still governed by each platform's own terms, so use this stack only for activity you are entitled to run and check your local rules on unsolicited contact before working from a generated number list.

Bringing it together

CrownSoft is a capable set of Windows tools for teams that work with large contact lists and pools of social accounts. The number-filtering tools do real work - generation, multi-platform existence checks, Telegram last-active filtering, group-member extraction, clean exports - and the Facebook tool is a proper multi-account console with per-account HTTP/SOCKS5 proxies, per-window fingerprint environments and a documented hardware-sizing formula. Desktop prices are published, every tool has a free trial you can run before you pay, and purchase and activation are handled directly by customer service on WhatsApp or Telegram. It suits a Windows-based team that wants tools it operates itself and is happy to buy through a conversation. Start with the free trial, agree the coin rate with support if you want the cloud filter, and if you deploy the Facebook tool, put a proxies.sx mobile or residential endpoint behind each account window rather than running accounts off one datacenter IP or the local connection.
