CrownSoft is a Chinese-origin vendor of Windows desktop marketing software with an English storefront at crownsoft007.com. It sells four things: WhatsApp Filters and Various Accounts Filters, which bulk-check whether phone numbers are registered on WhatsApp, Facebook, Instagram and Telegram; FaceBook Marketing Software, which batch-operates Facebook accounts for group, fan-page and live-room marketing, mass DMs, comments and friend adds; and WhatsApp Cloud Filter, a hosted version of the number check. Pricing for the three desktop tools is printed publicly - unusual in this category - but there is no self-serve checkout: you download a limited free trial, then message customer service on WhatsApp or Telegram to buy and activate. The product is capable and reasonably documented; the company behind it is almost entirely undisclosed, and the core functionality sits squarely against WhatsApp and Meta platform terms. Both facts are covered below.
By the numbers
Entry price is the published WhatsApp Filters monthly rate. All figures are taken from CrownSoft's own product and contact pages at time of writing.
The product line
Published pricing
CrownSoft prints its desktop pricing on the contact page. The Facebook tool is billed by "number of operational rights" - the site states fees are charged based on the number of one-time purchase operational rights, which reads as a seat-equivalent account cap.

The cloud product's real price is not published. WhatsApp Cloud Filter is billed "from 0.2 crownsoft coin for each eligible number screened", charged only on numbers that match the filter, with results exported to .xlsx. New registrations get 30 coins for testing. But the coin-to-USD rate and the top-up packages are not stated anywhere, and the platform at manage.crownsoft007.com did not load during our checks, so the effective cost per 100,000 numbers cannot be worked out from public information. Ask before you commit.
No payment methods, currencies, invoicing, renewal or refund terms are published for any product.
What the filter tools actually do
Both filter tools start from a number list - either imported locally or generated from a country code, area code and a sequential or random pattern. WhatsApp Filters then logs into your own WhatsApp accounts by QR scan (or bulk-imports Channel / Hash accounts) and checks each number for registration. CrownSoft markets this as its differentiator: competitors, it says, "need to purchase the channel number", while CrownSoft "only needs to use your idle WhatsApp account to scan the code to log in". Alongside the yes/no answer it pulls the avatar, infers gender and age from it, and reads the About text and its language to guess the holder's country. Various Accounts Filters widens the same idea to WhatsApp, Facebook, Instagram and Telegram from one list, adds Telegram last-active filtering and username retrieval, and can import a Telegram group link to extract its members. It also claims object recognition on WhatsApp profile pictures - flowers, cats, dogs, cars, cups.
What the Facebook tool actually does
FaceBook Marketing Software is the heavier product and the one where proxies matter. It batch-logs Facebook accounts by ID, email or cookie, and generates a fingerprint environment for each window based on IP and region. Each account can be set to the local connection or to an HTTP/SOCKS5 proxy, and cookie-imported accounts are assigned the selected IPs in order. From there the documented feature set is broad: keyword-based group collection and bulk joining (including answering private-group verification questions), bulk group posting, collection of group members, page fans and live-room viewers, bulk DMs, comments and likes, bulk friend adds and bulk confirmation of incoming requests, country- and gender-targeted "add referees", bulk profile edits, live-room marketing, and a customer-service inbox with canned replies and automatic translation of chat records.
Documented hardware sizing
The docs give a concrete formula rather than hand-waving: simultaneous Facebook windows = CPU logical processor count x 2, and each window requires roughly 300MB of memory. That is a genuinely useful number for planning a machine before you buy operational rights you cannot run.

Number filtering as the core
Both filter tools exist to shrink a raw number list down to the subset that is actually registered on a given platform, with export to .txt / .xls / .xlsx / .vcf.
Your own accounts, not bought channels
WhatsApp Filters logs in with QR scans from your own idle WhatsApp accounts, which CrownSoft positions against competitors that require purchased channel numbers.

Per-window fingerprint environment

A fit if you
- Run Windows machines and want desktop tools you operate yourself, not a SaaS dashboard

- Are comfortable buying from a vendor over Telegram or WhatsApp after testing the free trial

- Work on macOS or Linux, or need an API rather than a GUI

Honest limitations
These are the gaps we found on CrownSoft's own site, not inferences. They are material enough that we would not recommend committing budget without resolving them first.
No company identity
No legal entity, registration number, jurisdiction or postal address appears anywhere on the site. The "About us" block is two sentences of marketing copy, and the only identities given are a first name ("Andy") and two messenger handles.
No email, no form, no ticketing
Every commercial interaction - trial upgrade, activation, billing, support - runs through WhatsApp (+8617812717231) or Telegram (@Crown_Andy) DMs with one person. There is no email address, contact form, ticket system or escalation path.
No self-serve checkout
Prices are listed but you cannot buy online. No payment methods, currencies, invoicing, renewal or refund policy are disclosed for any product.
Cloud pricing is effectively undisclosed
"0.2 crownsoft coin per eligible number" is not a price without a published coin rate. The cloud platform did not load during our testing, so top-up pricing could not be verified.
No terms, privacy policy or DPA
Only a cookie banner. There is no ToS, privacy policy, acceptable-use policy or data-processing agreement - a notable gap for a product whose entire function is processing third-party phone numbers and profile data.
No SLA and no verifiable scale
No uptime figure, accuracy rate or match-rate guarantee. The one hard number on the site - "90% of the avatar WhatsApp has been logged in within 3 days" - is an unsourced vendor claim, and article view counters read 0 or 1, so no usage scale can be verified.
Windows desktop only
Docs reference Windows Task Manager and .zip installers. There is no macOS or Linux build, no API, and no integrations beyond the single "Dove-ip" proxy platform wired into Various Accounts Filters.
Stale documentation
The GitBook help pages (fei-a.gitbook.io/marketing-software, mirrored at help.crownsoft007.com) are stamped "Last updated 3 years ago" while the marketing blog runs through 2026, so screenshots and flows may not match the shipping build.
Antivirus whitelisting requested
Every product page warns the software "may be accidentally killed by anti-virus software" and asks you to whitelist it. Installers are served from a third-party domain (downoss.kuajingwang.vip) rather than the main site, and the Chinese sister site kuajingwang.vip was intercepted by an ISP-level malware-protection interstitial during our testing.
Compliance risk is inherent, not incidental
Bulk WhatsApp number enumeration, cookie-based Facebook multi-account login, mass DMs and automated friend adds breach WhatsApp and Meta platform terms. CrownSoft's own blog acknowledges ban exposure and advises limiting query volume and rotating IPs; its docs frame proxies as a way to "reduce the probability of account blocking".
Editorial content is unreliable as evidence
The blog is padded with piracy-adjacent SEO filler unrelated to the product (torrent-mirror and streaming-access guides) and with sponsored-looking proxy vendor reviews, so it should not be read as proof of product quality.
No third-party validation
No customer names, case studies, Trustpilot presence or team page. Beyond the domain being live and updated, there is no independent signal of scale, revenue or longevity.
Language and localisation
The storefront and documentation are English-only. The header carries a "Chinese" toggle, but it does not switch the site - it links out to a separate domain, www.kuajingwang.vip. One homepage partner post is left untranslated in Chinese, and a CrownSoft blog post refers to the product as "Cross-Border King Facebook Marketing Software", so the English site is best read as a single-language localisation of a Chinese product rather than a bilingual one. Support is delivered person-to-person, so response quality in English depends on one representative.

Only one of CrownSoft's tools takes your own proxies cleanly, so it is worth being precise about where proxies.sx IPs actually plug in.
FaceBook Marketing Software - direct fit
This tool sets each account to Local or an HTTP/SOCKS5 proxy and builds the window's fingerprint environment from the assigned IP and region. That is exactly the shape our endpoints take: give each Facebook account its own sticky endpoint so its fingerprint and its network identity stay consistent, and keep the account's region and the IP's region aligned. Because endpoints and IP rotation are free on proxies.sx, you can run one endpoint per account window without the per-port fees most vendors charge - you pay only for the GB that pass through.
Various Accounts Filters - vendor-locked
CrownSoft documents this tool as "connected to the Dove-ip platform" for per-country IPs when filtering Facebook, Instagram and Telegram, with its own register-and-recharge flow. Bringing your own proxy here is not documented. Ask customer service whether an arbitrary HTTP/SOCKS5 endpoint is accepted before you assume it is.
WhatsApp Filters - machine-wide routing
The WhatsApp docs ask you to set the local VPN to Global Proxy mode, which routes the whole machine rather than individual accounts. If you take that route, run one tool instance per machine or per VM behind one endpoint, and do not expect per-account IP separation from the software itself.
Budgeting bandwidth
Facebook automation is image-heavy, which is why CrownSoft ships no-image and no-video modes specifically to cut proxy bandwidth - turn them on before you scale. proxies.sx is billed per GB at $4/GB, dropping to $2.40/GB at volume, and GB never expire, so unused balance carries over between campaigns instead of resetting monthly.
To be clear: a mobile IP changes the network signal, not the legality or the terms position. Bulk enumeration and mass messaging still breach WhatsApp and Meta platform terms regardless of the proxy in front of them, and no proxy makes that compliant. Use this stack only for activity you are entitled to run, and check your local rules on unsolicited contact before touching a generated number list.
Verdict
CrownSoft's tooling is more substantial than the site's presentation suggests. The number-filtering tools do real work - generation, multi-platform existence checks, Telegram last-active filtering, group-member extraction, clean exports - and the Facebook tool is a proper multi-account console with per-account HTTP/SOCKS5 proxies, per-window fingerprint environments and a documented hardware-sizing formula. Publishing desktop prices at all puts it ahead of most vendors in this category. The problems are structural, not cosmetic: no legal entity, no email, no terms of service or privacy policy, no self-serve checkout, no SLA, an undisclosed coin price on the cloud product, three-year-old help documentation, an antivirus-whitelist request, and installers hosted off-domain. Every purchase runs through one person on Telegram. On top of that, the core functions breach WhatsApp and Meta platform terms by design, which CrownSoft's own blog concedes. Test the free trial, keep the burden of proof on the vendor, and if you do deploy the Facebook tool, put a proxies.sx mobile or residential endpoint behind each account window rather than running accounts off one datacenter IP or the local connection.
