SaleSmartly Review 2026
One inbox for WhatsApp, TikTok, Messenger, LINE and Telegram, with translation built in
A shop that sells into five countries ends up with five chat apps open. Brazilian buyers write on WhatsApp, Thai buyers on LINE, the TikTok audience sends DMs, Europe uses Messenger, and someone in Moscow is waiting on VKontakte. SaleSmartly puts all of those conversations in one shared inbox and translates them on the way in, so a support agent in Shenzhen can answer a customer in Sao Paulo without leaving the screen or knowing Portuguese.
The company was founded in 2021 and counts more than 300,000 customers worldwide today. The site runs in Chinese and English, and a free plan with no credit card lets a small team try the inbox before paying anything.
One inbox for ten channels
Every channel a cross-border seller uses lands in the same place, and the team works it together.
The channels
Website live chat, WhatsApp (including the official WhatsApp Business API), Facebook Messenger, TikTok, Instagram, Telegram, LINE, Email, VKontakte and WeChat. A new account or an existing WhatsApp Business API account can be connected, and the chat widget goes on your own site.
Working it as a team
Chats are assigned automatically or handed over between colleagues inside the inbox. Customers from any channel get tags, and role permissions decide who sees which data. Managers set shift schedules and compare each agent's numbers by week or by month.
Replies in 134 languages
Translation runs in both directions. A message from a customer is shown translated the moment it arrives, and when the agent types a reply in the translation window it goes out in the customer's language. The site lists 134 languages, which covers the markets a seller on WhatsApp, LINE and VKontakte is likely to meet.
The AI agent works on the same conversations. It reads intent, drafts a reply from your own documents, FAQ and product library, and can walk a customer through an enquiry, an order or an appointment on its own. For a human agent it drafts, adjusts tone and translates mid-chat, and it can trigger actions in other systems, such as opening a ticket, starting a refund or updating the CRM record.
Automation, broadcasts and the customer record
Automation rules sort contacts by their attributes and behaviour, send an instant reply, and route the chat to the right group. A chatbot builder handles qualification and the questions that come in every day, and workflows can be extended step by step as the team learns what repeats.
On WhatsApp, an official API account raises the sending limit, so marketing broadcasts, order updates and event invitations go out in bulk from the same inbox. Registration through an enterprise card adds $0.005 per message; without a card, the fee comes off the account balance.
Every contact gets a customer record with profile, channels, browsing history, order history and the full chat log, kept in sync with your own systems. Dashboards show the same data by day, week or month.
Plans and pricing
The pricing page switches between USD and CNY and between monthly, quarterly, half-year, annual and two-year billing. The prices below are in USD.
Two members, one official channel, one hosted number and 100 monthly active contacts, with 10,000 AI assistant points and 200 AI member messages a month included.
Ten official channels, unlimited monthly active contacts, channel distribution links, marketing broadcasts and the SaleSmartly branding removed. Monthly billing is $15.90.
Thirty official channels, one million AI assistant points a month, a dedicated account manager, API access, webhook notifications and chat export. Monthly billing is $199.
A custom plan is quoted on request for larger teams. Extra AI assistant points start at $0.375 per 10,000, email sending at $2 per 1,000 messages and AI member messages at $0.70 per 100. Support runs seven days a week, 14 hours a day, and a one-to-one demo can be booked from any page.
One market, one account, one mobile IP
The inbox gathers the conversations, but the accounts behind it still have to be signed in somewhere. A team that runs a Brazilian WhatsApp Business number, a Thai LINE account, a TikTok shop in the US and a Messenger page for Germany from a single office is logging into four markets from one place, and each of those platforms watches where a business account connects from.
The clean way to set this up is to give each market its own connection. PROXIES.SX provides 4G/5G mobile and residential IPs by country, so the WhatsApp number signs in from Brazil, the LINE account from Thailand and the TikTok shop from the US, while every reply still flows through the one SaleSmartly inbox. Endpoints are free and GB never expire, which suits a support team whose traffic is a steady trickle rather than a burst.
Getting started
The trial starts from the site, with all channels and AI agents switched on and no card asked for. Connect the channel you already sell on, invite a colleague, and the first translated conversation shows up in the shared inbox. When the volume grows, the Pro plan adds the broadcasts and channel links, and Max adds the account manager and the API.
SaleSmartly holds ISO 27001 and ISO 27701 certifications, and a referral programme on the site pays out for customers you bring in.
