Four of the top five sellers are Outlook or Hotmail accounts at nine or ten cents, with over 60,000 units moved between them. How they are priced. These are fixed-term rentals: 7 days at $50, 15 days at $85 to $90 and 30 days at $120 to $140, all United States, on Verizon or T-Mobile.
