Tracknow Review 2026

Affiliate, IB and influencer program software, priced per industry

A broker pays an introducing broker on the lots his clients trade. A casino pays on net gaming revenue, then carries last month's negative balance forward. A prop firm pays on challenge purchases. A shop pays a TikTok creator on a coupon code that never touches a tracking link. Four different sums, four different sources of truth, and none of them is a click. Tracknow is built for that half of performance marketing: the partners who bring the business, the rules that decide what each one earns, and the payment that follows.

Tracknow LTD runs the platform for more than 500 brands, with the interface available in English, Russian, Spanish, French and Hebrew. A 14-day trial opens without a credit card, there is no setup fee, and the subscription can be cancelled at any point.

What Tracknow tracks and who gets paid

The platform sits between a brand and everyone promoting it: affiliates, introducing brokers, sub-affiliates several levels deep in an MLM hierarchy, influencers, and coupon users who never click anything at all. Conversions arrive by tracking link, server-to-server postback, pixel, promo code or a transaction added by hand, and there is no ceiling on the number of clicks or sales an account can record. Mobile app traffic is covered by placing the pixel in the Android or iOS build, and both advertisers and affiliates have API access to pull their own numbers.

Campaigns are defined by the event that triggers the payment, which is what makes the same platform work for a shop and for a sportsbook:

CPAA fixed fee for a defined action: a sale, a click or a form submission.
CPSPaid on the sales the promotion directly produces.
PPCPaid for each click on the advertisement.
CPMPaid per 1,000 banner impressions.
FTD / DEPA fee for the first deposit a referred player or client makes.
REGA fee for a completed registration.
CPIA fee for an app install.
Offline couponPaid on the use of a discount code, with no tracking link involved.

Six editions for six industries

Rather than one product with industry checkboxes, Tracknow is sold as six editions, each with its own product page, its own metrics and its own price list. The reporting language changes with the edition, so an iGaming manager sees NGR and player LTV where a broker sees lots and rebates.

eCommerce

Coupon codes, influencer sales, referrals and partner revenue, down to cart items and product categories.

Shopify, WooCommerce, Magento, Wix, Stripe and PayPal connect the store; commissions can differ by product category.

iGaming

Player sign-ups, first deposits, deposits, withdrawals, lifetime value, NGR, net revenue and turnover for casino and sportsbook brands.

RevShare, CPA qualification, dynamic and tiered CPA on FTD, negative and positive carry, house edge, and separate RevShare and CPA balances.

IB and Broker CFD

Trading volume, lots, first-time deposits, deposits and withdrawals as they happen, per partner and per brand.

IB tiers, CPA, RevShare and pip-based commissions, with CRM and database integration on the broker side.

Prop trading

Challenge purchases, leads, conversions, coupon usage, lifetime attribution and sub-affiliate tier performance.

CPA, CPS, tiers, sub-affiliates and custom models, connected by postback, a WordPress plugin or a custom integration.

Affiliate network

Several advertisers, offers, partners and tracking links from a single dashboard, with advertiser accounts of their own.

Automated payouts across the network, plus newsletters, parking domains and network-specific reporting.

Influencer marketing

Instagram and TikTok posts and stories, reach, engagement, clicks and the sales attributable to each individual post.

CPM, CPE, CPV and CPA, promo codes, and hybrid deals that reward both the sales and the posting itself.

How commissions are calculated

Rates rarely stay flat for long, so the commission engine is built around rules rather than a single number. Automatic tiers move a partner up when he hits a threshold, individual rates override the default for a top performer, GEO tiers pay differently by country, and category commissions pay differently by what was actually sold. Goals, caps and lead distribution keep the program inside budget, lifetime tracking keeps crediting the partner who first brought the customer, and scheduled changes and KPI automation apply the new terms on a date instead of by hand. A/B testing sits alongside, so two landing pages or two banner variants can be compared before the rate is fixed.

Two mechanics on the finance side are worth spelling out because they rarely appear elsewhere. Master IB hands a senior introducing broker control of his own sub-network: he sets the payout rate for each level below him, within a cap the broker defines, with unlimited hierarchy depth and payouts that settle automatically. Auto rebate goes the other way, letting an IB return part of his earned commission to his own trading clients, set per platform, per instrument or per client tier, on MT5, cTrader and custom API integrations.

On the iGaming side the equivalents are CPA qualification, dynamic and tiered CPA on first deposits, house edge, negative and positive carry, and separate balances for RevShare and CPA so the two models do not blur into one figure. Contests, leaderboards and gamification run on top of any of these, which is how most programs get their mid-tier partners moving.

Paying partners and protecting the program

Payouts

Payments run through Tipalti payment automation, PayPal mass payments, Wise bulk payments and Stripe auto payments, so a month of partner commissions goes out as one batch rather than a list of manual transfers. An invoicing system and multicurrency support cover the paperwork, and a personal payout can be issued against a specific coupon code and affiliate when a deal sits outside the usual rules.

Brand and domains

The partner portal takes your logo and theme colours, runs on your own custom domain with free SSL setup, and sends from your own dedicated SMTP with customised emails. Full white-label is an add-on at $100 a month on the affiliate program plans and $150 a month on the network plans, and short links, deep links, direct links and QR codes are all generated in the same place.

Fraud and security

Advanced fraud detection screens affiliate traffic, with click logs and audit logs kept for the arguments that follow a disputed conversion. Access is controlled by roles and permissions, single sign-on, two-factor authentication and reCAPTCHA.

On the privacy side the platform is GDPR compliant, with IP obfuscation and IP hashing available as the storage method for visitor addresses and DDoS protection in front of the tracking layer. A data processing agreement, a GDPR policy and a public status page are all published on the site.

What each plan costs

Pricing is per edition. The affiliate program edition is the entry point for a brand running its own partner program; annual billing takes 10 percent off the monthly rate.

Pro
$116 a month billed annually
$129 billed monthly

Two campaigns, three managers, one tracking domain and 1,000,000 tracking requests a month, with unlimited conversions and unlimited affiliates. Promo codes, A/B testing, category tracking, advanced fraud detection, a custom domain and setup are included. Extra volume is $10 per 10,000 requests.

Enterprise
$224 a month billed annually
$249 billed monthly

Twenty campaigns, unlimited managers and 3,000,000 tracking requests a month at $5 per 10,000 beyond that. Adds sub-affiliate MLM, product feeds, advanced tracking, roles and permissions, API and MCP access, event tracking, the affiliate newsletter and contests.

Enterprise Plus
from $700 a month
billed monthly

Everything in Enterprise plus white-label, CRM integration, database and API integration, dedicated infrastructure and custom development for high-volume programs.

The industry editions are priced separately and billed monthly. Running a full network costs $499 a month, or $549 for the iGaming network build with its own reports, carry handling and split RevShare and CPA balances, with Network Plus from $700 for CRM and database integration. All three come with five tracking domains, unlimited campaigns and managers, and 3,000,000 tracking requests a month.

A single iGaming brand runs at $499 a month for 2,000 monthly players or $799 for 6,000 with dedicated project management, setup free and additional brands at $250. Broker IB plans are $999 a month for 5,000 monthly trading clients and $1499 for 10,000 with sub-affiliate MLM and phone support, additional brands at $500 a month. Prop trading starts at $349 a month with sub-affiliates, smart links and setup included, and Enterprise Plus from $700 adds white-label and custom development. Multi-brand operators in any of the three are quoted individually.

Checking what your partners' audience sees

A lot of Tracknow is geographic. GEO targeting decides which offer a click is allowed to reach, geo tiers pay a different rate for a player from Germany than for one from Brazil, and smart banner rotation serves geo-targeted creatives and reports CTR per country and per affiliate. All of that assumes the link, the coupon page and the creative behave the same way for the visitor as they do on the office connection, and that assumption is worth testing before an affiliate is the one who reports it.

PROXIES.SX supplies 4G/5G mobile and residential IPs by country, so you can open your own tracking link from Brazil, load the coupon lander from the Philippines and watch the banner rotation from Germany exactly as a partner audience would. Endpoints are free and gigabytes never expire, which suits a check that runs before each campaign launch rather than continuously.

Trial, onboarding and support

The trial runs for 14 days, opens with no credit card and carries no setup fee, and a live demo can be booked instead if the program needs scoping first. Setup is included on the affiliate program plans and free on the iGaming brand plans, an onboarding manager walks through the first configuration, and every plan includes one virtual training session a month, 30 minutes on the affiliate and network editions and 60 minutes on the iGaming and broker editions. A sandbox account is available for testing integrations away from live data.

Day to day, an AI chat assistant answers around the clock, with email and messaging support behind it. First response is within eight business hours on the Pro plan and four business hours on the higher plans, and human support hours run Monday to Thursday 08:00 to 16:30 and Friday 08:00 to 14:00 on UTC+2 or UTC+3. Documentation, a knowledge base, a changelog and a public status page are open to everyone.

Getting the data in is a documented path rather than a project: Shopify, WooCommerce, Magento, Wix, Stripe, PayPal, Google Tag Manager, Zapier, postback and the API are all covered in the docs, while network, IB and iGaming database integrations are scoped with the technical team. Migration from another platform is quoted per case. Tracknow also runs its own affiliate program, paying up to 40 percent lifetime commission on the customers you introduce.
