Tele2 Eesti is a mobile network operator in Estonia and part of Tele2 AB. Its Estonian address space is registered under the group organisation Tele2 Sverige AB and originated by AS1257, the ASN the registry confirms as carrying the mobile network. The registry also records AS39301 (TELEVORK-AS). Tele2 Eesti uses MCC 248, MNC 03.

About Tele2 Eesti
The registry records two ASNs for Tele2 Eesti, both held by Tele2 Sverige AB rather than by the Estonian company, which has a RIPE organisation object but no aut-num of its own. AS1257 carries the mobile network and at the last probe announced 387 IPv4 prefixes against 38 IPv6 prefixes across the whole Tele2 group, with Estonian ranges such as 77.233.64.0/19 and 78.28.64.0/18 described in the RIPE database as Tele2 Estonia. PeeringDB lists AS1257 as TELE2. AS39301 announced no prefixes; PeeringDB records it as Televork, network type Cable/DSL/ISP.
An address whose origin ASN is AS1257 is routed by Tele2, but AS1257 is a group-wide ASN announcing prefixes across several Tele2 markets, so the origin ASN places an address inside the group rather than inside Estonia. The Estonian ranges are picked out by their RIPE registration and country field instead. AS39301 announces nothing, so no live address originates from it, and the registry documents no role for it; an address recorded against it could be mobile, fixed or enterprise, and the ASN alone does not settle it.
Research note. None of the asn.txt candidates given belong to Tele2 Eesti; RIPE DB has an organisation object for Tele2 Eesti AS (ORG-TA201-RIPE, one /22 allocation 185.118.160.0/22, not announced) but no aut-num of its own. Tele2 Estonia's address space is registered under the group org Tele2 Sverige AB (ORG-TA44-RIPE) with country EE and RIPE DB descr 'Tele2 Estonia' / 'Tele2 Estonia customers' (e.g. 77.233.64.0/19, 78.28.64.0/18, 81.21.240.0/20) and is originated by the group ASN AS1257 (RIPEstat geolocates 13 AS1257 prefixes partly in EE; PeeringDB AS1257 = 'TELE2', tele2.com). The RIPE AS-SET AS-TELE2-EE ('TELE2 Group - Customers and Networks in Estonia') lists AS1257 and AS39301. AS39301 (TELEVORK-AS; PeeringDB name 'Televork', website televork.ee; the former Televõrgu AS / Kõu CDMA operator acquired by Tele2 in 2012) is held by Tele2 Sverige AB but announces 0 prefixes; role unknown. Parent: tele2.com/about lists tele2.ee as the Estonian market site and Wikipedia states parent Tele2 AB; tele2.ee/ettevottest only says Tele2 is an international company (link to tele2.com). Generations: tele2.ee technical network info page lists LTE bands B1/B3/B8/B20 and 5G NR bands n1/n28/n40/n78/n258; tele2.ee/leviala states 5G coverage is about 85% of Estonia.

What is Tele2 Eesti's ASN?
Tele2 Eesti has no aut-num of its own. Its address space is originated by AS1257 (SWIPNET, Tele2 Sverige AB), the group ASN the registry records as carrying the mobile network. The registry also records AS39301 (TELEVORK-AS), held by the same group and announcing no prefixes.
What is the MCC/MNC of Tele2 Eesti?
Tele2 Eesti uses MCC 248 with MNC 03. 248 is Estonia's mobile country code, and 248-03 identifies the Tele2 network there. The registry records no second MCC/MNC pair for this operator.
Is an IP from AS1257 an Estonian mobile IP?
Not on the ASN alone. AS1257 belongs to Tele2 Sverige AB and announces prefixes for several Tele2 markets, so an address from it is routed by Tele2 without being Estonian. The Estonian ranges are those registered in RIPE with country EE and descriptions naming Tele2 Estonia.
