Vodafone Ukraine is a mobile operator in Ukraine and part of NEQSOL Holding. The registry records AS21497, held by PrJSC VF UKRAINE under the name UMC-AS, as the ASN carrying its mobile network, plus a second ASN of the same holder, AS12294, with a fixed role. Its MCC/MNC is 255-01.

Two ASNs are recorded for Vodafone Ukraine, both registered to PrJSC VF UKRAINE. AS21497 carries the documented mobile role and originated 169 IPv4 prefixes against 7 IPv6 prefixes at the last probe; PeeringDB lists it as Vodafone Ukraine with the network type NSP. AS12294 is recorded as fixed, announced a single IPv4 prefix and no IPv6, and appears in PeeringDB under the company's earlier name, MTS UKRAINE, with no network type recorded.

Company page: part of NEQSOL Holding since December 2019; offers 4G; public 5G test zones since 2025 in Lviv, Kharkiv, Borodianka; /en/network news (Aug 2026) reports 5G in Kyiv with 635k users and expansion in Lviv.
