Torro CRM Review 2026
Telegram CRM with an AI sales agent · billed per lead above an included allowance · operated from Hong Kong, hosted in the EU
Torro CRM is a messenger-first CRM built around one idea: the agent that answers your Telegram chats should also be the thing that fills the client card and moves the deal. The vendor prices that at $49 a month with 2,000 leads included, then meters everything above it per lead. What makes the product worth a careful read is not the pitch, which is familiar, but the paperwork behind it, which is considerably better than this category usually manages, and the gap between what the homepage sells and what the product pages already claim.
A vendor that publishes its company registration, its EU hosting and its AI sub-processors, selling a product that currently connects to one messenger and takes no refunds.
- +One public price, complete with the overage rate, and the same figure in all four languages.
- +A named Hong Kong operator with a registration number, plus current terms and a current privacy policy.
- +EU hosting, a 90-day deletion window and named AI sub-processors with a no-training commitment.
- !Telegram is the only live channel; WhatsApp and Instagram are still badged Coming Soon.
- !Every fee is non-refundable under clause VII(i), and there is no free tier to evaluate first.
- !Nothing defines what counts as a lead, which is the unit your whole bill is metered in.
What it costs
The pricing block sits as an anchor on each locale homepage rather than on a page of its own. We read all four language versions and the numbers match to the cent.
| Plan | Price | Included | Above that | What it means |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| CRM + Agent | $49 / mo | 2,000 leads | $0.03 per lead without the agent, $0.05 per lead with the AI agent | The only card on the site with a number on it. It carries the whole product: CRM, end-to-end analytics, the Torro AI agent, the automation builder, self-learning from closed deals and hand-off to a human. |
| Business | Custom, on request | Unlimited leads | Not published | Adds a custom model for your niche, a dedicated manager and custom development on request. No price, no threshold at which it starts, and the only route to a quote is the contact button. |
| Analytics on its own | $0.03 per lead | No limit on dashboards or events | Not published | Appears only at the bottom of the /analytics page, described as one-time and with the CRM addable later. It is not one of the two cards in the pricing block, so how it is invoiced next to the $49 plan is left open. |
The structure is easy to reason about and hard to budget for, and both halves of that sentence matter. Easy, because $49 buys the entire feature set rather than a stripped tier, and the step from 2,000 leads to 2,001 costs three cents rather than a jump to the next plan. Hard, because the unit is never defined. Whether a lead means a new contact, a contact the agent has qualified, or every fresh conversation with someone you already know changes a monthly invoice by a multiple, not a margin. Ask before you connect the bot, and get the answer in writing.
The two-cent spread between $0.03 and $0.05 is the price of the agent itself, which is the clearest thing on the pricing card: you can run the CRM and the analytics without the AI and pay less per lead for it.
What the platform does
An agent that fills the card while it talks
The pitch on the CRM page is that name, phone, budget, goal and segment are pulled out of the conversation and written to the client card without a rep touching it. Context tags such as cold, price objection and ready to pay are applied automatically and become the basis for segments and broadcasts.
A visual automation builder with AI as a node
Triggers, conditions, actions and A/B branches are assembled by dragging, and the agent itself sits in the graph as a block that qualifies, fills the card or handles an objection, with its prompt editable from the interface. The vendor states there are more than 40 ready triggers, without publishing the list.
Attribution from the click to the payment
UTM parameters, events, payments, conversations and agents are linked into one event graph, with multi-touch attribution, cohorts and LTV, period comparison and export of any report to .xlsx. Niche dashboard templates are offered for trading, edtech, e-commerce and agency work.
Follow-ups with quiet hours built in
The agent chases on a schedule you set, an hour later, a day later, three days later, in the client time zone, holds off overnight and stops the moment the person replies. That last detail is the one that separates a nudge from a nuisance.
A hand-off that carries context
A VIP segment, a hard question or a request for a call routes the conversation to a human along with a summary, so the rep does not restart the discovery the agent already did.
Setup measured in minutes, not weeks
Five documented steps: create an account, connect a Telegram bot, describe the product by uploading a knowledge base or sample chats, launch the agent, then receive leads in the CRM. The vendor puts the whole sequence at five minutes.
Which channels are live today
This is the single most important table on the page if you are comparing Torro against a multi-channel inbox. The badges are the vendor's own.
| Channel | Status | What the vendor says |
|---|---|---|
| Telegram | Live | Bot API, group chats, inline buttons, files and photos, personal accounts. Connected through @BotFather, which the vendor says takes about a minute. |
| Coming soon | The homepage channel card says Cloud API and message templates for business accounts, and marks the card Coming Soon. | |
| Coming soon | DMs and comments in a shared inbox, also marked Coming Soon on the homepage. | |
| TikTok | Described in the policy only | The privacy policy documents a TikTok Business Messaging API integration through an OAuth-authorised developer app. The marketing site never mentions TikTok at all. |
If your customers are on Telegram, this is a complete product. If your plan depends on WhatsApp, you are buying a roadmap, and the roadmap has no dates on it.
The company behind the product
A named operator you can look up
The terms name Paper Mark Limited, registered in Hong Kong under Business Registration Certificate 80812306-000-07-26-6, at Units 1-3, 20/F, Strand 50, 50 Bonham Strand, Sheung Wan. The terms were last updated on 21 July 2026 and the privacy policy took effect on 11 August 2026, so both documents are current rather than inherited from a template years ago.
Hosting stated by country
The policy places servers, database, cache, queue, search and object storage in the Netherlands and Germany, with encryption in transit, encryption at rest for sensitive fields, per-tenant isolation, least-privilege staff access, vulnerability scanning and penetration testing. Conversation data is deleted or anonymised within 90 days of a disconnect or an account closure.
A clear line between controller and processor
Torro is controller for your account, billing and configuration data, and processor for the conversations you hold with your customers. That makes you the controller of those conversations and responsible for having a lawful basis, which the policy says in as many words. It is the correct division, and it is worth reading before you connect a bot to an inherited contact list.
Payments and AI vendors named
Payments go through Stripe and Cryptadium. The AI features route through Eden AI and DeepInfra, chosen on the stated basis that they do not train on conversation content or keep it beyond delivering the feature. Naming AI sub-processors at all is rare in this category.
One clause deserves flagging before you sign. Disputes go first to a mandatory 30-day attempt at amicable settlement, and then to a sole arbitrator appointed by an arbitral tribunal in England and Wales, with an explicit waiver of class or consolidated proceedings, while the terms themselves are interpreted under Hong Kong law. That is a workable arrangement for a company, and an expensive one for a solo operator with a $49 subscription.
Read the payment clause before the first invoice
Clause VII(i) of the terms states that applicable fees are final and non-refundable irrespective of circumstances, including termination of the agreement or the blocking or restriction of your account. There is no free tier, no trial and no money-back window published anywhere, so the first time you see the product from the inside is after a payment that the vendor has already told you it will not return.
Two smaller clauses in the same section are worth knowing. A billing error must be reported within 15 days of first appearing on a statement, after which the charge is treated as accepted and you release the vendor from claims arising from it. And funds credited to your account balance are said to take around 7 banking days on average, which is a lag to plan around if you top up mid-campaign rather than in advance.
None of this is unusual for a SaaS offer under Hong Kong law, and it is at least written down, which puts Torro ahead of vendors that publish nothing. It does mean you should size the first month at the smallest useful commitment and settle the definition of a lead with support before the meter starts.
What the vendor does not publish
Everything below is an absence we checked for and did not find, across four locales, the blog, the terms and the privacy policy.
| Missing | What we found instead |
|---|---|
| Any free tier or trial | Neither the four locale homepages nor the 22-page terms document mentions a free plan, a trial period or a money-back window. Evaluation starts at $49. |
| An uptime or SLA commitment | Section XV of the terms puts the platform on an AS IS and AS AVAILABLE basis with no express warranties. There is no availability figure, no support response time and no status page anywhere on the domain. |
| A refund position you would like | This one is published, and it is absolute. Clause VII(i) reads that applicable fees are final and non-refundable irrespective of circumstances, including termination of the terms or account blocking. Billing errors must be raised within 15 days or the charge is deemed accepted. |
| What counts as a lead | The entire meter runs on leads: 2,000 included, then $0.03 or $0.05 each. Nothing on the site or in the terms defines whether a lead is a new contact, a qualified contact or a conversation, which is the single number that decides your bill. |
| Which model the agent runs on | The policy names Eden AI and DeepInfra as the AI sub-processors and says Eden AI routes to underlying model providers. The specific model, its context window and its language coverage are not stated. |
| Any customer numbers or references | No client count, no case studies, no named references, no third-party ratings and no logo wall. The blog is written entirely by a house byline, Torro AI Team. |
| A founding date or track record | The footer reads 2026 and nothing else. There is no about page, no team page and no company history, so the operating history behind the product cannot be checked from the outside. |
| An API or developer documentation | api.torrocrm.com serves the two legal PDFs and returns 404 at its root, and robots.txt disallows /api/. No integration docs, webhooks reference or SDK is published. |
| A support email on any marketing page | The footer offers a Telegram support link and an Instagram profile. Three addresses do exist, support@torrocrm.com, legal@torrocrm.com and privacy@torrocrm.com, but every one of them is buried inside the PDFs rather than shown on the site. |
A related detail about the site itself, since it shapes what you can research before buying. Only sixteen URLs are declared in the sitemap, four pages in each of four languages, and the blog is not among them. Requests for the obvious extra paths, /en/pricing, /en/faq, /en/about, /en/contacts and /en/docs, all answer HTTP 200 with an empty single-page-app shell rather than a 404, so an automated crawl will report pages that do not exist. There is no pricing page, no FAQ, no about page and no documentation section.
Where the site disagrees with itself
Four places where two Torro pages describe the same thing differently. None of them looks deliberate, and all four are worth resolving with a sales rep before you commit.
| Question | One page says | Another says |
|---|---|---|
| How many channels work today | Homepage: Telegram is live, WhatsApp and Instagram are Coming Soon | The /crm page promises full chat history across TG, WhatsApp and Instagram in the present tense |
| Whether TikTok exists | Marketing site: never mentioned in any of the four locales | Privacy policy: a documented TikTok Business Messaging API integration with its own compliance section |
| How analytics is billed | Pricing block: $0.03 per lead is the overage rate once the 2,000 included leads on the $49 plan run out | /analytics page: $0.03 per lead described as one-time, for analytics bought on its own |
| Where the legal documents live | Footer links labelled Terms of Use and Privacy Policy | Both resolve to PDF files on api.torrocrm.com rather than pages on the site, so neither is readable in a browser tab without a download |
One vendor number also travels without evidence. The analytics widget on the homepage carries a +30% label attached to the conversion-to-payment metric, with no sample size, no time window and no method. We are reproducing it as a marketing claim, because that is all the site makes of it.
Who it suits
Teams selling in Telegram DMs today
Trading rooms, info products, agencies and e-commerce brands whose entire pipeline already lives in a Telegram bot. This is the case the product is built for and the one where the roadmap gaps cost you nothing.
Small teams replacing a scripted bot
The comparison the site leads with is rule-based chatbot against language agent, and it is the honest framing. If your current flow tree dead-ends whenever someone types something unexpected, that is the specific problem this replaces.
Operators who need a real counterparty
A named Hong Kong company, current terms, a privacy policy that names its sub-processors and states EU hosting. If procurement or a data protection review has to sign off, there is something here to hand them.
Not for multi-channel or SLA-bound work
One live messenger, no uptime commitment, no status page, no API documentation and no refunds. If WhatsApp, a contractual availability figure or an integration surface is a requirement rather than a preference, this is not the tool yet.
Torro CRM and PROXIES.SX: different layers, no overlap
Torro CRM sells no proxies and no bandwidth on either of its plan cards, so there is nothing competitive to disclose here. The two products meet at a seam rather than a collision. Torro takes over once a person has messaged your bot. Everything that happens before that first message is a traffic problem, and traffic problems are geo-bound.
The practical question is what your funnel looks like to the people you are paying to reach. A Telegram entry link that resolves cleanly from your desk can sit behind a landing page that renders differently, redirects differently or fails to load at all on a Brazilian or Polish carrier network. You will never see that from your own connection, and no CRM will tell you, because the conversation the CRM measures only starts after the visitor got through.
That is what PROXIES.SX is for: our own 4G/5G mobile and residential network, billed per GB from $4 down to $2.40 at volume, with GB that never expire and endpoints included free. Per-GB billing fits this job because opening a landing page from six countries costs megabytes rather than a month of traffic, and free endpoints mean you can hold one per country you buy in without a per-port bill sitting idle between campaigns.
Torro CRM
Conversation layer: the agent, the client card, the funnel and the hand-off.
PROXIES.SX
Network layer: a real carrier IP in each country you advertise in, billed per GB.
Verification layer
Confirm what a visitor really receives with our proxy tester and DNS leak test.
Verdict
Torro CRM does the boring things well. It publishes a single price with its overage rate attached, keeps that price identical across four languages, names the company that takes your money along with its registration number and address, states which countries its servers sit in, names its payment processors and its AI sub-processors, and commits in writing that conversation content is not used to train models. In a category where the usual disclosure is a Telegram handle and a promise, that is a meaningful difference, and it is most of why the score sits where it does.
What holds it back is scope and recourse. One messenger is live. WhatsApp and Instagram are badged Coming Soon on the homepage while a product page already speaks about them in the present tense, and the privacy policy documents a TikTok integration the marketing never mentions, which reads like a site moving faster than its copy. There is no free tier, no trial, no uptime commitment and no status page, and every fee is non-refundable by the terms you accept on signup. The unit that meters the whole bill, a lead, is never defined.
3.8 out of 5. If your pipeline runs through Telegram, this is a credible place to start, and the paperwork is better than the category norm. Get the definition of a lead, the current WhatsApp timeline and the refund position in writing from support first, and size the first month accordingly.

Sources and method, checked on 12 August 2026. We read the public site at torrocrm.com with a desktop Chrome user agent: the homepage and the /crm, /automations and /analytics pages in English, and the homepage in Russian, Portuguese and Spanish to confirm the prices match. We read robots.txt and sitemap.xml, which declares sixteen URLs and omits the blog, and we counted seventeen article links on the English blog index. Plan names, the $49 monthly price, the 2,000 included leads and the $0.03 and $0.05 per-lead rates are quoted from the pricing block on those homepages. The company name Paper Mark Limited, the Hong Kong Business Registration Certificate number 80812306-000-07-26-6, the registered address, the non-refundable fees clause VII(i), the 15-day billing-error window, the roughly 7 banking days for crediting funds, the AS IS and AS AVAILABLE disclaimer and the arbitration arrangement in England and Wales all come from the 22-page terms PDF at api.torrocrm.com/terms/, last updated 21 July 2026. The EU hosting in the Netherlands and Germany, the 90-day deletion window, the Stripe and Cryptadium payment processors, the Eden AI and DeepInfra AI sub-processors, the no-training commitment, the controller and processor split and the TikTok Business Messaging API integration come from the 6-page privacy policy PDF at api.torrocrm.com/policy/, effective 11 August 2026.
