HQ Accounts Review 2026
Pre-registered social & email accounts · live stock counts · per-unit pricing · automatic delivery
HQ Accounts (hq-accounts.com) is a supplier-driven marketplace for pre-registered social media and email accounts. Eleven storefront categories cover Facebook, Facebook Promoted, Facebook BM, GMail, TikTok, Twitter/X, Instagram, LinkedIn, Reddit, Emails and Other. At the time of checking, the homepage catalog listed 195 individual products, each carrying a live stock counter (some at "746 pcs" or "1220 pcs", many at "0 pcs") and an openly published per-unit price. Observed prices ran from $0.0042 per bulk throwaway mailbox to $19.50 for a manually farmed Facebook "King" USA account with a passed advertising-ban appeal and a BM attached. Delivery is automatic within 1-5 minutes of payment confirmation. HQ describes its own model openly: the rules page says HQ-ACCOUNTS "acts as an information intermediary (agent)", is "not a seller", and "does not guarantee the origin, quality, or accuracy of product descriptions". Every purchase comes with a 3-hour replacement window to check what you received.

What HQ Accounts actually is
The most important thing to understand about HQ Accounts is its business model, because it changes what you are buying. HQ does not present itself as a shop with its own stock. Its rules page states plainly that HQ-ACCOUNTS "acts as an information intermediary (agent)... is not a seller and does not act as a party to transactions between buyers and suppliers" and that it "does not guarantee the origin, quality, or accuracy of product descriptions". Every listing is a supplier's listing; HQ operates the shelf, the checkout, the ticket queue and the replacement arbitration on top of it.
That model shows in the catalog. Suppliers set their own price. Suppliers are paid in USDT TRC20 or BEP20 within 24 hours of a payout request, with HQ covering the transfer fee, and they have 24 hours to respond to a buyer complaint. The supplier program is explicitly for long-term suppliers only - no one-time sales - with no minimum volume, and HQ lists priority categories as Facebook (autofill and BM for UA, USA, EU), Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, Gmail and Twitter.
HQ also sets restrictions on what suppliers may list: it does not accept accounts containing real personal data, stolen or hacked accounts, accounts with linked bank cards, or accounts with real addresses and documents, and that violation means product removal, access restriction and withheld funds. Rights-infringement complaints go to support@hq-accounts.com; a confirmed infringement means the product is removed, the supplier is permanently blocked and accumulated funds are not paid out.
Catalog and pricing
Representative per-unit prices read off individual listings at time of writing. Every price is published on the listing itself and moves with stock, so there are no separate plans or volume tiers.

What stands out
Prices and stock are public
Every one of the 195 listings carries a visible per-unit price and a live stock counter. You can see exactly what a SKU costs and how many units are in stock before you commit.
Genuinely granular listing data
2FA status, PVA/SMS verification, whether the email is included, EAAA/EAAB tokens, cookies plus User-Agent, profile fill level, friend and follower counts, gender, farm period and registration IP geo are all spelled out per SKU.
Automatic 1-5 minute delivery
Account data is released automatically within 1-5 minutes of payment confirmation, shown in the personal account and duplicated to the purchase email. No manual handoff via chat.
Individual or bulk from one listing
A quantity selector at checkout means you can take one account to test a SKU before committing, then come back for volume - subject to whatever stock the counter shows.
Wide geo spread
Registration IP geos seen across listings include USA, UA, PL, DE, FR, ES, UK, BD, PH, ID and MIX, so geo-matched buying is possible where stock allows.
A real knowledge base
The Recommendations page covers proxy types, antidetect browsers, warmup and ban triggers as working guidance rather than marketing. It rules out datacenter proxies for social platforms and calls mobile 4G/5G IPs "generally the most natural type of traffic for social networks".
Structured supplier program
Suppliers set their own price, get sales-tracking links, and are paid in USDT TRC20/BEP20 within 24 hours of request with HQ covering the fee. Long-term suppliers only, no minimum volume.
Written supplier restrictions
HQ does not accept accounts with real personal data, stolen or hacked accounts, accounts with linked bank cards, or accounts with real addresses and documents, with removal and withheld funds as the penalty.
How buying works
Pick a listing with stock
Filter by category and read the listing metadata: geo, farm period, 2FA, whether the email is included, tokens, cookies and User-Agent. Check the stock counter - many SKUs sit at "0 pcs", including some flagship USA Facebook lines.
Pay
Product checkout shows WMZ (WebMoney), Capitalist, Free-kassa and Bitcoin via Plisio.net. A coupon/promo code field is available at checkout.
Receive within 1-5 minutes
Delivery is automatic after payment confirmation. Account data appears in the personal account and is duplicated to the purchase email.
Check inside 3 hours
The replacement window is 3 hours from purchase. Check the account before you change the password or the linked email, because HQ treats that change as confirmation of validity. Record the whole session on video, since HQ may ask for a continuous, unedited, full-screen recording with a visible cursor.
Open a ticket if something is wrong
Tickets inside the personal account are, per HQ, "the only way to reach support". Stated typical response is within an hour during business hours, up to 24 hours for some reviews. Screenshots must be hosted on imgur.com, imgbb.com, postimages.org, prnt.sc or gyazo.com.
Refunds, if granted
Refunds are issued in USDT BEP20, USDT TRC20, LTC or as store balance credit, and purchases made by mistake fall outside the refund policy.
The usage rules, and how to meet them
HQ asks for a 1:1 model: one private proxy and one fresh device or fingerprint per account, with the proxy geo matching the account's registration country. Keeping to it also keeps you inside the replacement policy. The rules list as not permitted:
Practically, this means the proxy layer is not optional and cannot be improvised. If you buy a USA-registered Facebook account, you need a private USA IP that is not shared, not datacenter, not a VPN and not rotating under you mid-session.
Good to know before you buy
Practical details worth knowing
- HQ operates as an agent. By its own rules it is an "information intermediary (agent)" that "does not guarantee the origin, quality, or accuracy of product descriptions", and each listing belongs to the supplier behind it.
- How the replacement window works. Three hours to check, and HQ may ask for a continuous, unedited, full-screen video with visible cursor covering payment, delivery and validation - videos where the data was copied with Ctrl+C/Ctrl+V rather than right-click are not accepted. Replacement covers invalid accounts and items that do not match the description; the published Facebook exceptions are no Marketplace, blocked bundled email, a block after creating a fan page or BM or adding a card, inability to create a Business Manager, no ad account on a token account, and use of public checkers or public proxies.
- How pricing works. Prices live inside the listings and shift with stock. There are no volume tiers, no subscriptions and no minimum order, so you can buy a single unit at the published price.
- Stock moves quickly. Counters are live, and many listings showed "0 pcs" at time of checking, including several of the flagship USA Facebook SKUs, so it is worth checking availability before planning a batch.
- Buying runs through the web storefront. Ordering, delivery and tickets all happen in the browser rather than through an API.
- Support runs through tickets. Tickets inside a registered account are the support route, with a stated typical reply within an hour during business hours. support@hq-accounts.com is published for rights-infringement complaints.
- Refunds are paid in crypto or store balance. USDT BEP20/TRC20, LTC or store credit; purchases made by mistake fall outside the policy.
- Storefront languages. The English storefront is served at hq-accounts.com/en and is the default og:locale (en_GB); some listing titles still render in Russian on English pages.
Platform terms
Buying, selling and operating pre-registered accounts sits outside the terms of service of Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, X, LinkedIn, Reddit and Google, and responsibility for that rests with the buyer. It applies to the category as a whole, so it is worth budgeting for account turnover in any plan built on bought accounts.
Who it is for
A reasonable fit if you
- Want to see the price and the stock level before committing, instead of negotiating in a chat.
- Need a specific combination of geo, farm period, 2FA state and token type, and want it stated on the listing.
- Buy in small batches and can test a single unit from a SKU before scaling.
- Already run a proper 1:1 stack - private geo-matched proxy plus antidetect browser per account - and can honour HQ's usage rules.
- Are comfortable paying in WebMoney, Capitalist, Free-kassa or Bitcoin and receiving any refund in crypto.
Less of a fit if you
- Buy through a procurement process that needs a fiat invoice and a signed supply contract.
- Need programmatic procurement, since ordering runs through the web storefront rather than an API.
- Need guaranteed supply of one specific SKU on a fixed schedule.
- Need a warranty that runs longer than the published 3-hour replacement window.
- Need fiat refunds, card payment, live chat or phone support.
- Cannot accept that this activity breaches the platforms' terms of service.
Using HQ Accounts with PROXIES.SX mobile proxies
HQ sells accounts and no proxies of its own, yet its rules make the proxy layer mandatory: one private proxy per account, geo matched to the account's registration country, and no shared, public, datacenter, VPN, dynamic or IPv6 IPs. HQ's own Recommendations page rules out datacenter proxies for social platforms and describes mobile 4G/5G IPs as "generally the most natural type of traffic for social networks, as real users often access them from mobile internet". That is the gap proxies.sx fills.
Two practical notes on cost. Endpoints are free on proxies.sx, so a dedicated endpoint per account does not add a line item - you pay for bandwidth only, at $4/GB dropping to $2.40/GB at volume. And GB never expire, which matters here specifically: accounts spend most of their life idle between warmup sessions, and unused bandwidth is not burned by the calendar.
What this does not do: a mobile IP does not make a purchased account safe, does not extend HQ's 3-hour replacement window, and does not change the fact that operating bought accounts breaches platform terms. It removes one specific failure mode - a network identity that does not look like a real user's - and it keeps you inside HQ's usage rules so a replacement claim is not voided on a technicality.
HQ Accounts
Account layer - geo, farm period, 2FA state and token type stated per listing, delivered in 1-5 minutes.
PROXIES.SX
Network layer - a private 4G/5G mobile or residential IP per account, geo matched to the registration country. Free endpoints, GB that never expire.
Contact and support channels
Tickets only
Support runs through tickets inside the personal account, which requires registration. HQ states tickets are "the only way to reach support", with a typical response within an hour during business hours and up to 24 hours for some reviews. support@hq-accounts.com is published for rights-infringement complaints, not general support.
Public presence
Telegram news and promos channel @hqaccounts_info (explicitly not support), @hqinfo, and supplier contact @hqaccs. X/Twitter @hqaccs_store. Sales threads also run on BlackHatWorld and zenno.club.
Bringing it together
HQ Accounts does the two things that matter most in a self-serve account marketplace: it publishes prices and it publishes stock. 195 listings, each with a per-unit price from $0.0042 to $19.50 and a live counter, plus listing metadata detailed enough to actually compare SKUs - geo, farm period, 2FA, tokens, cookies, User-Agent, profile fill, follower counts. Delivery is automatic in 1-5 minutes. The Recommendations knowledge base is real content, and the supplier program has clear terms and fast USDT payouts.
It suits buyers who want to shop by the unit and see the numbers first. The workflow that gets the most out of it is simple: take one account from a SKU to see how it performs, check it inside the 3-hour window before changing the password or the linked email, and run each account on its own geo-matched mobile IP and antidetect profile, which is exactly what HQ's own usage rules ask for. Payment runs through WebMoney, Capitalist, Free-kassa or Bitcoin, refunds are issued in crypto or store credit, and the Recommendations pages are a good place to start if you are new to the category.
