Canberra and its districts hold all 12 facilities, but the network counts stay low. NEXTDC C1 in Bruce records 16 networks and TransACT Telehouse records 12, which together account for most of the territory's 41 presences. The CDC buildings in Fyshwick and Hume record one to three networks each, and Intellicentre 4 records none. IX Australia Canberra (ACT-IX) is the only exchange, with seven participants, so most territory traffic reaches other networks through transit or through an exchange in another state.
