The registry records three ASNs for O2. AS6805 is documented as the mobile one and appears in PeeringDB as Telefónica Germany GmbH & Co. OHG with the network type NSP; at the last probe it announced 32 IPv4 prefixes against 4 in IPv6. AS12638 is the former E-Plus Mobilfunk network, still carried in PeeringDB under that name, and it announced three IPv4 prefixes and none in IPv6. AS13184 is the former HanseNet network, typed in PeeringDB as Cable/DSL/ISP and recorded as fixed, and it was not announcing prefixes.
