PeeringDB names AS38082 "True Internet Corporation" and AS55554 "True International Gateway", typing them NSP and Network Services, and names AS38081 "True Internet Corporation (Domestic Network)". AS38081 and AS55554 announce no prefixes at the last probe.

An address whose origin ASN is AS55490 is routed by the TrueMove H mobile network, though the registry records only five IPv4 prefixes under it. AS38081, AS38082 and AS55554 have no documented role, so an address originating there could be mobile, fixed or enterprise transit, and the ASN alone does not settle it.
