Movistar ASN, MCC/MNC and IP prefixes

The registry holds a single autonomous system for Movistar Ecuador, AS19114, whose holder record names Otecel S.A. and whose role is documented as mobile. At the last probe it was announcing routes, with 45 IPv4 prefixes and 45 IPv6 prefixes, the same count in each address family. PeeringDB lists the network under the name Otecel and leaves its network type blank, so the routing data is the only description the registry has of what this address space carries.

An address whose origin ASN is 19114 is routed by Otecel, the company behind the Movistar brand in Ecuador, and the documented mobile role means the operator's mobile network is the expected source of that traffic. This is the only ASN the registry holds for the operator, so fixed and business services would sit in the same address space. Treat the ASN as identifying the operator, and confirm the access technology from evidence outside the routing data.

No asn.txt candidate was supplied; AS19114 found via search and confirmed: RIPEstat holder 'Otecel S.A.', PeeringDB name 'Otecel' aka 'Telefónica Ecuador' (website field still telefonica.com.ec), 90 announced prefixes. ipinfo classifies it consumer ISP without an explicit Mobile tag; role set to mobile because Otecel is the licensed mobile operator (MNC 740/00) and this is its only ASN.
