Outside the city, Tukwila carries WowRack at 20 networks and Sabey Intergate East Building 4 at 13, while Spokane has the US Bank Building at 18 and Neutron at 11. Traffic can meet locally rather than leaving the state. SIX Seattle records 368 participants, and SpokaneIX gives the eastern side of the state its own exchange with 12.

A Washington IP address is a claim in a published record, not a measurement. Address blocks carry the location the operator registered for them, and geolocation databases read that registration.
